Quote:Server Rule 6. Following actions are considered cheating on server:
Using non-Discovery mods, as well as using modifications that improve stats of items and ships.
Changing account information and using any kinds of software that changes normal gameplay.
Using any equipment not included for sale/looting in Discovery mod.
Using equipment that exceeds ship specs.
Cloning, e.g. creating new characters to collect starting money.
Single player having more than one instance of Discovery open to fly their own characters.
Suicide Trading.
Disabling vSync to gain a framerate of 160 or higher. Abusing Game Exploits
Consequences: I received a report from a player that you were using some sort of exploit to enable you to trade afk. I went ingame and tried to get your attention, to no avail. I even waited until after you undocked to speak with you, figuring you would be at your keyboard by then and could respond.
Nope.
Finally, after a few attempts to gain your attention, I bastilled your ship, Marchand. Four minutes later, you finally responded. Your excuse for not responding to me was weak. "I meant to be rude", is not only a foolish response to an Admin's attempt to communicate with you, it's also, in your case, not believable. I received a similar report concerning Sianaelro, another ship of yours, over the same matter. Afk trading is not uncommon, however using scripts to enable yourself to trade afk is considered cheating.
The ships with the highest credit amounts are in Bastille. The rest of your accounts are banned. You may post here and explain yourself, hopefully better than you did when I first spoke with you. Until then, your accounts will remain banned.
If you post in this sanction and are not directly involved or a leader of the accused person's faction be advised that you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban.
Blaming members of your immediate family, neighbours, friends, pets, and assorted Orcs, Trolls and any other legendary creatures may result in the use of Admin Right #CTE 750AE
So, it's a rule me not talking to you? How on Earth did you find that reason, there's no auto trading exploits for this game that I know of. Just say I got to you because I didn't talk when ordered to, so you found a phoney reason to ban me? Why do you think I answered when you teleported me into Bastille? I find your condescending attitude annoying, to say the least. And if I refuse to talk to you, you jailed my ship. That's the only reason I answered to you.
What's unbelievable is that you can believe that I'm trading afk. Surely some players I came across must've found it annoying not to get an answer, but that's the way I do my trading, taking my time, buying stuff, selling stuff, F2 and all over again then I just minimize and do something else. I got used to not answering because if I do whomever I answer will start chatting for a while and I can't do anything else. Then if I didn't answer when I noticed it was you trying to chat with me, it's for a different reason though.
A few years ago I had got quite a few equipped battleships, yet, an administrator noticed I had several of those battleships and at that time, though I ignored it, one wasn't allowed to have more than one battleship. So I found myself with only one of them left, in spite of the fact that this is a game, that I had legitimately traded for what felt like several months (and I'm sure everyone is aware of the amount of time necessary to save up several billions), everything was taken in one second. That was when I understood how little is the consideration of the people who run this server for the players who like this game and Igiss's mod, and server.
You could have warned first, to sell them or something at least. This is how you respect me, why should I respect you back? It's a two way street, stop trying to muscle your way in how I like to spend my time. Thank you.

When an Admin tries to get your attention in game, it's normally a good idea to respond to him. I was investigating two different reports concerning you involving some very odd behavior and I wanted to ascertain if these reports were accurate.
Normally, I don't run across players that deliberately refuse to communicate with me while on my Admin ship, unless there is a language issue or they are multi-boxing and cannot respond. Therefore, when you finally did respond, four minutes after I Bastilled your ship, your excuse of trying to be rude seemed flimsy. But now, after reading your response to your sanction, I totally believe it. You are quite rude.
I can't really sympathize with your problems with the admins in the past. You yourself admit to ignoring the rules at that time concerning only possessing one Cap ship. If you are willingly ignoring rules, you can't rightly complain when you get slapped for it.
I didn't delete any of your accounts. I bastilled the high credit ones and banned the rest. I wanted to hear from you some sort of justification for the odd behavior your ship exhibits when you trade. However, your attitude towards me, as well as impugning wrong motives at my reasons for banning you, does nothing to induce me to listen to you.
Frankly, I don't get why someone would wish to join an RP server and refuse to RP with anybody. But, that's your choice...I guess.
As far as respect goes, you were the first to show disrespect for the rules of this server years ago, by your own admission. Recently, when I tried to gather some information about your case, you acted rude and claimed that you meant to be rude toward me. I think the lack of respect starts with you. Maybe you can post here with a better attitude and we can discuss whether you will see any of your ships again.
I didn't willingly ignore the rule, I meant that, at the time I was quite new to Discovery and I didn't know of such a rule of one battleship per person, which by the way was removed a month after I lost my ships.
Since then, I held a grudge at administrators in general and perhaps was that my mistake in today's case, since you have nothing to do with that past incident.
Yet at the moment, again I find myself in a similar situation although this time I didn't break any rule.
So I would be grateful if you could get all of my accounts out of jail and unbanned, and I will not ignore anyone anymore in game, administrators or players.

As the one who wrote the report on your Orleanais ship:
- The actions performed by your ship had variance of less than 2 seconds. The "F2-and-minimize" excuse doesn't fit with that.
- Your route had Planet Blouis as an obstacle in its path. Your ship was executing a perfectly timed dive under that planet, every time. This is not an autopilot action and the "F2-and-minimize" doesn't explain it either. Even a human pilot would be less consistent.
(These timings were not included in the report as they were acquired after posting it. If an Admin wants them, I will upload timestamped screenshots and/or video. Those cover 3 complete round trips.)
- On a specific occasion when the macro/script was bugged (the second video and the screenshots linked in the report), your ship was carrying 50 million worth of credit cards, away from its normal route. It docked with that load and undocked with the same cargo.
- Despite being CD'ed and in the wrong place, your ship still attempted to dive under Planet Blouis. The planet wasn't even in the way so the maneuver was done in empty space, for no reason.
- After undocking from the second station, the ship headed for some station away from Planet Blouis, but it still performed the usual dive to avoid the planet.
All of that with no player response.
I haven't ever seen Marchand in person, so I don't know about that one.
Yes, Corundum, I would appreciate it if you could PM me further evidence in this matter. To KUROSAKI: Thank you for the better attitude. We will submit all evidence to you, once collected, and allow you an opportunity to defend yourself.
Corundum, were you that Sabre that was engaging in borderline harrassing behaviour?
Because almost a month ago there was some very strange player, shadowing me in game, CDing me and asking "Are you here?".
I even stopped to see if he went somewhere with it. He didn't, I tried to keep on going, and he kept CDing me.
I didn't answer, it's the exact behaviour that I dislike and to such people, I can't be anything else but rude. That's typically the kind that made me start ignoring others as I trade.
I don't want to point any fingers so far or make assumptions, I'll wait to see what's the evidence behind this.
Thank you.

Don't exaggerate, please.
I just wanted to see what a transport trading with credit cards is up to.
Firing two CDs can hardly count as "harrassing". I merely wanted to see if your ship performs the same automatic maneuver. (and it did)
Nice attempt at blaming it all on me, though.
By your answer I can deduce that it was you indeed. I do recall your strange behavior to say the least. When I have to put up with people like you, who're harassing me, I don't have a friendly attitude.
