The Admins reviewed your defense to the evidence brought before us and we are not buying it. Your ship performed a planet dive immediately after undocking, which is normal since there was a planet close by. I could look past the fact that the three times I saw it, it occurred exactly the same. When a person does the same trade route over and over, it's not unusual to develop a pattern of similar motions.
What I can't get past is that when your ship was thrown off it's regular route, by a couple of CD's, your ship undocked from a different base, and performed the same exact planet dive. The only problem--there was no planet to dive under. The whole flight was precisely the same as before, as if it were following some sort of script.
The evidence is conclusive. You will lose all your ships. If we catch you cheating again, you're done.
What whole flight are you referring to?
There are two times where I dived down in that video, one which occurs after the second time I get CDed, and I told you that I must've switched to some skype conversation in my task bar and my game made my ship go downward, that sometimes happens in windowed mode. The other dive is at the end of the video, once I undocked from the base and left my ship drift off a little after the undocking sequence. At first I thought that that guy had eventually left and thus I wanted to go towards the usual base I sell my stuff at, but then I saw he was still around and picked that base next to planet orleans instead as a lure to hide my actual route and avoid future pirating or whatever.., and we don't get to see the whole of that flight since the video ends shortly after I undocked.
Besides, a couple of CDs won't throw a ship F2-ing to a target off its route...

It's exactly how you said it! Running the same route over and over again or, a routine with a monotonous route. A person in a routine almost always ends up developping habits, doing the same thing over and over again triggers that, and trading in Freelancer is no exception, especially on such route.
Like that guy said, there is a planet on my way with this trip, which makes it impossible for me to do something else but to pay attention while trading on this route. When I come from Etampes, the planet comes just after the end of the fog and I got used to start diving down from that specific point. Then when undocking from Chateaudin, I always activate cruise and start diving down immediately so that my vessel has nothing in its way, which allows me to enable Goto towards Etampes sooner without having to worry about that planet.
You should also notice the major differences in my behavior between the 2 videos:
- When that guy's around and I'm aware of it because he isn't cloaked -> I tried to get him to believe that my route was between Chateaudin and Planet Orleans, I took all my time in Chateaudin base because I took a break from playing for I was sure he would then have gone away.
- When he's cloaked and I have not the slightest idea I'm being watched -> My only concern is to make money so I'm much quicker in selling/buying commodities at the bases and I don't take my time, as soon as the undocking scenery finishes I click the other base and F2.
Hell, had I known that day that not answering some folk could grow to such proportions... This is astonishing.

You are contradicting yourself (but that's what happens when you're making stuff up on the go):

If your game is minimized, then you can't do that (impressively well timed) diving maneuver.
If your game is not minimized and you were in control of the ship, then it wouldn't have been at Maintenon trading with credit cards.

This is completely wrong (read: lies) because the first time I spotted your ship was before it docked on Maintenon full of credit cards. Then it undocked again with credit cards. I didn't even expect to see it there and I was incredibly lucky to catch your macro/script while glitching. That glitch is also the reason the video shows different behavior.
When our ships first met, your ship was already away from its route. Claiming you were trying to deceive me in that case is ridiculous as you had never seen that ship before.

If you post in this sanction and are not directly involved or a leader of the accused person's faction be advised that you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban.
Is there a reason that the above green wording, to ensure structure, should not be invoked on you DopKor?
This is impressive, you convinced yourself so deeply that this is a cheated vessel that you can only see it from that perspective.
Could you use your brain for a change and reflect on why I stopped after you CDed me?

No.
You quoted something I said to Garrett Jax about my Marchand vessel and not Sianaelro. When I trade with Marchand in Provence there is no obstacle on my route, so I log that vessel whenever I want to trade in that passive manner while doing something else.
I log my ship in Orléanais when I can focus on my game and want to trade efficiently, play and sometimes RP with occasional fellows passing by.
Now if we met at Maintenon that's because I had come to that place looking forward to buy the gallic train which I thought could've been sold there, and not because of that script glitch theory you're fancying so much.

You presented your case, KUROSAKI, and your defense to the charges is weak. As it stands, the Admins are disinclined to believe your story. We consider this case closed as well as this sanction thread.
