the question is simple: AI cant attack in system with a jumpgate. but, what about nomad jumpgates? if nomadgates counts as normal gates, there might be 8-10 Systems in whole siruis were AI can attack - semms a little bit poor.

Thats exactly how it works.
Alien jumpgates do not count as 'jumpgate' by rule definition.
