One of my pilots in Omega-3 came across something quite interesting: 1 2 3
I'm sure the local authorities would be upset to hear that you're sheltering terrorists in their borders. Personally I am very displeased and well within my rights to threaten you for harboring our enemies. However... I can see that the IMG certainly have their advantages; advantages that The Core could use.
I will dispose of this evidence and ensure that it never sees the light of day, as well as ignore this infraction of our enemies docking on your installation provided you deliver 6,000 units of Mining Machinery and 6,000 units of Drill Bits to Dabadoru Station in Omicron Delta. I expect only the highest quality of those commodities.
I hope you meet our expectations and fulfill our request.

The Captain of the Blueberry also sent his already and they are included, too. He dropped off his own cargo, and the one of the Cherry Kiss that had transponder problems. Iron Sausage and Space Barrel also submitted their reports.

IMG Aland Defense wings picked up a Bottlenose crew that ejected from the Core|AV-Mixcoatl after it was shot down by VFK|Jonas.Krieger and VFK|Philip.Mauser in Omega 3. The crew is being treated and the injuries are not serious. The Core can pick them up tomorrow when they are released from MedBay 1 on Aland Shipyard, Omega 3.
The damaged Bottlenose has been towed to Aland Shipyard. If you want, it can be patched up there. However, I suggest that in accordance with the Joint Omega Defense Initiative, you could send a few mechanics to Aland to get it done faster. Your men know your tech best.

AP Manufacturing will send a logistical vessel to pick them up as soon as possible, as well as transport the crew back to their posts when they are done with the maintenance.. I am not surprised the gunboat may have fell - increasing ion storms within the Omegas, as well as equipment manufacturers taking a new approaches in the design of Gunboat guns (which I do not agree with). We thank the Independent Miners Guild for informing us about this. Vessels will be arriving soon.
I am curious as to what this... Omega Defense Initiative is. Care to elaborate?
I have seen Core vessels fighting against Corsair intruders in Omega 3 alongside IMG Wings before. As these barbarian canibal attacks have become more brazen and Bretonia's military is understandably bound in other places, a military alliance was created. Currently the following parties take part in the defense alliance: BAF, BPA, Bretonian Privateers, BowEx, Gateway, BHG and IMG. BMM and DHC pledged support, but the Guild does not allow them on Aland.
The IMG offers those who defend Omega 3 against the Corsairs the following support:
Stationing of strike craft on Aland (limited numbers; no warships can be supported)
Stationing of crew (e.g. pilots, mechanic, medics, boarding crew)
Workshop Cooperation in repairing & rearming
Medical Services in Aland MedBay
Search & Rescue Operations
You can guess that it's a quite colorful mix that tries to cooperate at Aland. So do not expect a smooth military operation, clear command structures, and polished operation process handling. Expect a base where you can support your crew and craft to put them into the fight. That's the offer.
Another word of warning might be reasonable as well: in Omega 3 fighting, every named party regards the Red Hessians as a welcome opponent of the Corsairs. I am not sure how The Core looks at Hessians, but today's fight near Aland suggested that it is not a fierce hostility. But I might be overinterpreting the reports.
If you are interested, we can go into details. But that's the short version of what I was talking about when I mentioned the Omega Initiative.

The vessel has arrived at Aland Shipyard with it's crew. They'll start working on the Mixcoatl immediately.
I am intrigued by what you are offering. Omega operations take place far away from our focus zone, so assistance in Omega-3 would be appreciated. We will happily defend the Omegas from the Corsair menace, as they are a disgusting plague on humanity. As you understand the only good Corsair is a dead one.
In regards to the Hessians, they are another threat to peace in the Omegas. They loot, pillage and kill. We won't prioritize them when Corsairs are present, however we will most likely shoot them otherwise. Unless of course something can be worked out, but I am not hopeful in that regard.
