It brings me great pleasure to announce that the Carrier has been moved to Baltimore Shipyard. We are currently paying a a fee to use one of the berths so the materials are needed to be brought to Baltimore Shipyard ASAP. Lets finish this up quickly and hope that everything goes to plan.

Currently we are on Stage 3 and we need another 7,000 units of Optronic Arrays.

[+]OORP Important Notes and Guidelines
//Initially the construction of this project was conducted at Scarborough, however, lack of space prompted a move to Baltimore. The carrier was moved there without weapons, armour or shields, and is currently renting space at $10mil per week. Furthermore, on the completion of a module, a dice role will be made by a member of Bowex's HC. As this is a prototype test-bed model, things may go wrong!

1-5: Successful construction - all goes well and according to plan.
6-7: Minor Errors - problems means 25% of the modules commodities will need to be re-delivered.
8-9: Major Errors - significant problems mean 50% of the module's commodities will need to be re-delivered.
10: Catastrophic failure - the module's construction has completely failed and will need to be totally re-done.

The ship survived being towed to its new home at Baltimore Shipyard where fitting has continued unabated. The internal electrical and mechanical systems have since been installed, allowing for power robust power distribution to external hardpoints. Services have made several sweeping changes to the blueprints to adjust for the anomalies that caused the initial delays. Due to the move, the project is now substantially over budget, but operating broadly according to schedule.

Good Evening Chaps!

Mr Cooper here writing to you from Baltimore Shipyard to bring you news that the construction is going swimmingly! With little delay, the transport captains brought in the goods and these Libertonian engineers gave a spiffing job of putting it all together! Stage three has been completed, and there's no reason to wait around to begin the next stage, which requires the following materials:

[+]Spoiler
Hull Segments - 15,000 units
Super Alloy - 10,000 units
Basic Alloy - 10,000 units
Industrial Hardware - 5,000 units
Beryllium - 5,000 units units
Aluminium - 5,000 units units

To the ExSec lads and lasses involved in getting the girl to Baltimore... cracking show!
