Dear Council friends.
It has been too long since we have last talked and this is one of the reasons why I am opening this channel. The Independent Miners Guild has finished the construction of the X4-Zeta 3 installation part and the IMG's contribution to the terraforming effort has been largely completed. Surprisingly we have never heard any news since then. As you may well know, we are always eager to further assist you, in your noble cause.
Anyway, I also come with a request. As Liberty is involved more and more in the war against the Royals, we fear for the safety of the nearby outposts, as well as Freeport 4. The IMG would like to reinforce its stationary shield system against possible GRN aggression and we believe the most efficient way would be to use the Energy Field Equipment produced in Gallia. Our humble request is thus to bring 30,000 units to Freeport 4. Our civilian administrator that is cooperating closely with the Liberty Navy military crews on the station is going to pay quite handsomely for this delivery.

While I am only an Aspirant in the Council forces so far, I remember the days very well during wich I flew with the Guild in the Taus. I did not leave you because of any real reasons, more because of the feeling there would be more just behind the next jump hole.
Well, I have found a home, and I am still wandering across borders frequently.
I will pass this message on to our high command, and if by volunteering to do as many deliveries myself as I can manage I can speed the whole buisness up I will do so. Freeport 4 is no place I would like to see ruined.
Also, I just love slipping past the royalist lines.

I can say that the terraforming goes well, even despite native flora working against us. The Hydrogene Cyanide extractors have a good yield et the breathable atmosphere is slowly replacing the poisonous one. While wearing breathing masks are still advised, it may cease to be as necessary in a few years as it still is today. However, if possible, we'd still request your assistance in case some further calibration will be required, et of course for the usual maintenance works.
Freeport 4, c'est le station dans Magellan, oui? We can deliver the material you need, though the distance between Magellan et Gallia is huge, so it may take a good while to haul all the equipment over. Fear not however, as I see we have eager Councilmen ready to do the job. Deliveries will be reported in this channel.

Last month our traders has managed to deliver three full loads of Energy Field Equipment to Freeport 4, with that 11,745 units of the required 30,000 units were delivered. It is possible that we finish within this month. Visual evidence for confirmation is attached at the end of this transmission.

Since my last report until today another three deliveries have managed to reach Freeport 4. With already 23,520 units of Energy Field Equipment successfully delivered out of the 30,000 units requested total we are nearing completion of this contract relatively quickly. That is an excellent work gentlemen.
You have the gratidute of the Guild for your invaluable assistance. I believe it is only proper now to inform you of a recent development too.
For years now we have kept our dealings with the Royals as minimum as possible, considering that more intense dealings would directly benefit Charles XI's regime. However the last weeks they realized what we were doing so they started harassing and extorting our Tau Guildmembers in order to force us to become Gallia's biggest non-Gallic trade partner.
That is something which we do not want, of course. And thus we would like to invite you to the upper Taus and attack the Royal forces. Their forces up there are way less numerous and you will be able to strike important hits against the Royals' greatest weakness; Their overstretched supply lines. We are willing to provide base of operations, ammo, fuel and other supplies to your pilots should you accept our proposal.
