During a standard traffic control operation at the Honshu jump gate in Sigma-13, a transport was detected in breach of GMG law 2.2. The ship was tagged as {AFC}-Sutakatta[k], a member of a group The Guild has had little to no interaction with and possesses sparse knowledge of. The transport failed to follow Guild directives and was subsequently destroyed. It was later deemed necessary make contact with the Archangels Fighter Club in order to acquire an official response. The message is attached below.
I wish this message was sent on a more positive subject, but unfortunately I must bring to your attention some unsavoury business. A ship bearing your identification was recently intercepted in Sigma-13, which is GMG territory and thus falls under Guild laws and regulations. That in itself is not an issue, however, this ship in particular was carrying a large amount of unregistered ammunition, which is where the problem lies as defined in law 2.2.
When confronted, the pilot of this ship immediately attempted to flee in violation of all instructions, which regrettably left me with no other choice but to open fire on their vessel. After a brief engagement, the ship was destroyed. The fate of the pilot is unknown. Please find attached the communications log of the incident.
[22.11.2015 02:41:19] GMG|Keiji.Namura: Good day, pilot. Please hold for a routine scan.
[22.11.2015 02:41:34] GMG|Keiji.Namura: Cut your engines immediately.
[22.11.2015 02:41:56] GMG|Keiji.Namura: You are carrying cargo deemed contraband by The Guild. Cut your engines or I will be forced to open fire.
[22.11.2015 02:42:03] GMG|Keiji.Namura: I will not ask again.
[22.11.2015 02:42:23] GMG|Keiji.Namura: Very well. Discharging weapons.
[22.11.2015 02:45:30] Death: {AFC}-Sutakatta[k] was put out of action by GMG|Keiji.Namura (Gun).
At this stage, The Guild does not intend on taking any further action. However, the events that have transpired are cause for concern, and as such I must ask the following questions.
Is it known where this cargo was acquired?
Is there any information to share on destination of this cargo?
Are the actions of this pilot representative of AFC as a whole?
I welcome a reply from a representative of the Club soon.
Cordially,
Keiji Namura
A man identifying himself as Sunny responded and denied all responsibility on behalf of his Club, alleging the offending pilot to be acting alone and claimed to be unable to answer questions one and two. His answer to question three was an emphatic no. Traffic control and standard patrols should remain vigilant to ensure any further smuggling operations that might pass through GMG territory, AFC or otherwise, are promptly detected and intercepted.
Name: Kaneki Matsuda Ship Name: GMG|Kawaii.Yuso Subject: Delivery to Southampton
I have been busy collecting the Helium in Gas Miners in Okinawa earlier today. And I successfully stored them in Iejima before loading them to Kawaii Yuso , my Kujira.I was commissioned on a trade mission to Bretonia space.
Meanwhile , we were expecting a Karasu patrol to escort me , they were late for 3 hours. We had a transmission saying they were interrupted and needed to take care of some independent cardamine smugglers. Considering the urgency of this delivery and after listening to thoughts of other Guildsmen who I share the mission with , I decided to start the journey alone. In Tokyo , I've been assisted by a Police patrol until Tau-29 gate.
Tau-29 was quite silent. Didn't encounter anyone except some Zoner haulers.I jumped to Tau-31 safely. To make sure that cargo will be safe , I avoided any contacts with Royal Navy , stood out of radar range , since the shipment destination was Bretonia.
Then I safely approached Leeds system. Because of the war raging on there, I found the New London Jump Gate disabled.
Fortunately , I knew another way to New London from my days in the Naval Forces. There is a Jump Hole in the system , heading for New London. It is mostly used by pirates and Junkers , considering there were intense Royal Navy patrols throughout the system , I took my chance. The coordinates for this shortcut is 6-C/D , West Leeds Smog Cloud.
After a long cruise speed journey through dangerous zones , I finally approached to Southampton Shipyard. They hailed me, and were expecting me. The cargo delivered successfully.
After taking some rest , I will head back to Okinawa.By the way, I got a transmission from Roppongi , New Tokyo.Asking me if I can haul Gold while on my way back through Kusari. If there are no other Guild missions I am going to do that.
Today's standard Sigma-13 patrol and traffic control has produced two notable incidents.
The first of which was a cardamine smuggler, encountered near the Sigma-19 jumphole and heading towards the system's tradelanes. Following a conversation in which they tried to bribe their way out of the situation, the pilot agreed to drop his cardamine, which was destroyed, and pay a standard fine peacefully. They were then successfully escorted to the Frankfurt jumpgate, and left the Sigma-13 system.
This encounter was noteworthy due to the mention of unknown "employers" and an apparent commitment to the continued transport of cardamine through Guild space, although it is most likely the people pulling the strings were simply Outcast drug lords. All paramilitary patrols should be aware of the ship Silky.Path and intercept it immediately if detected.
[04.01.2016 20:44:22] GMG|Keiji'Namura: Good day, pilot. Please hold for routine inspection.
[04.01.2016 20:44:29] Silky.Path: Oh?
[04.01.2016 20:44:58] GMG|Keiji'Namura: Thank you for your co-operation.
[04.01.2016 20:45:04] Silky.Path: It's not a problem/.
[04.01.2016 20:45:10] GMG|Keiji'Namura: Are you aware cardamine is considered contraband in this system?
[04.01.2016 20:45:15] Silky.Path: I was not.
[04.01.2016 20:45:30] GMG|Keiji'Namura: I am afraid this is indeed the case.
[04.01.2016 20:45:34] Silky.Path: Would it be possible for me to pay a fine as an apology?
[04.01.2016 20:46:05] GMG|Keiji'Namura: Standard procedure for handing the transport of cardamine is all cargo is dropped and a fine paid, at
[04.01.2016 20:46:14] GMG|Keiji'Namura: 1,000,000 credits per 1,000 units, rounded up.
[04.01.2016 20:46:28] GMG|Keiji'Namura: I am afraid I must enforce this procedure.
[04.01.2016 20:46:38] Silky.Path: I would be willing to pay twice that fine if i was allowed to keep my cargo.
[04.01.2016 20:46:51] GMG|Keiji'Namura: I am afraid that is not an option. Your cargo may not travel any further.
[04.01.2016 20:47:20] Silky.Path: Three times as much? This is an important delivery.
[04.01.2016 20:47:31] GMG|Keiji'Namura: No. Please drop the cardamine.
[04.01.2016 20:47:39] Silky.Path: My employers would be rather angry if i lost the cardamine, sir.
[04.01.2016 20:47:51] GMG|Keiji'Namura: I would recommend searching for other employment.
[04.01.2016 20:48:06] Silky.Path: I could suggest the same to you.
[04.01.2016 20:48:16] Silky.Path: You would be paid well.
[04.01.2016 20:48:29] GMG|Keiji'Namura: My position of Guildmaster is engaging enough.
[04.01.2016 20:48:40] Silky.Path: Oh dear....
[04.01.2016 20:49:16] GMG|Keiji'Namura: Indeed.
[04.01.2016 20:49:21] Silky.Path: I suppose i have no choice, there will always be future opportunities...
[04.01.2016 20:49:56] GMG|Keiji'Namura: Thank you for your compliance. There is now only the matter of the 5,000,000 credit fine.
[04.01.2016 20:50:33] GMG|Keiji'Namura: It can be made to me via direct transfer here.
[04.01.2016 20:50:55] Silky.Path: I am already sure to feel the wrath of my employers, please consider lowering it to 4,200,000.
[04.01.2016 20:51:21] GMG|Keiji'Namura: The smuggling of cardamine through Guild space is not tolerated. I am afraid the fine is non-negotiable.
[04.01.2016 20:51:26] Silky.Path: *sighs*
[04.01.2016 20:52:01] GMG|Keiji'Namura: Thank you for your compliance. To ensure your safe passage through Sigma-13, I will escort you to your chosen exit.
[04.01.2016 20:52:37] Silky.Path: Thank you for the assistance..., I am headed to frankfurt.
[04.01.2016 20:52:44] GMG|Keiji'Namura: Understood. Take the lead.
[04.01.2016 20:55:02] GMG|Keiji'Namura: We are approaching the Frankfurt gate.
[04.01.2016 20:55:20] GMG|Keiji'Namura: Please be aware of Guild laws in the future. I again recommend you search for...other employment.
[04.01.2016 20:55:43] Silky.Path: That isn't an option, i'll keep your guilds laws in mind though.
[04.01.2016 20:55:53] GMG|Keiji'Namura: Please enjoy your flight.
The second noteworthy encounter of the patrol was with a Kruger "Colossus" Rheinland Train, first detected at the Honshu gate and subsequently tailed to Gas Miner Naha. This ship was carrying a full load of furs, presumably a luxury designated for the Rheinland elite. Despite Kruger's status as banned from Guild space, I was prepared to exercise leniency and allow this ship to pass with merely a fine. However, the abrasive pilot had other ideas. They engaged their engines and attempted to flee in direct violation of Guild directives, eventually opening fire when disrupted.
Following a short firefight, the outmatched Colossus lost hull integrity and exploded spectacularly, unfortunately causing great waste as its valuable cargo was lost in the process.
[04.01.2016 21:00:00] GMG|Keiji'Namura: Good day, pilot. Please hold for routine inspection.
[04.01.2016 21:00:28] Lt.Eagle: Guten Tag, since when does GMG do Checks?
[04.01.2016 21:00:38] GMG|Keiji'Namura: Since Sigma-13 was Guild space. Hundreds of years.
[04.01.2016 21:00:56] GMG|Keiji'Namura: Are you aware that ships carrying Kruger Minerals identification are unwelcome in Guild space?
[04.01.2016 21:01:47] Lt.Eagle: Kruger doesnt care much about GMG
[04.01.2016 21:02:14] GMG|Keiji'Namura: Indeed. That is why your corporation is banned from Guild space.
[04.01.2016 21:02:27] Lt.Eagle: Since the war Sigma 13 is Rheinland territory
[04.01.2016 21:02:44] GMG|Keiji'Namura: No, I am afraid it is not. This is space controlled by the Gas Miners Guild.
[04.01.2016 21:03:35] Lt.Eagle: Let me pass and i shall not call the military to clean up this system
[04.01.2016 21:04:20] GMG|Keiji'Namura: I am afraid threats hold no weight. Cut your engines immediately. Failing to comply with Guild directives will result in ship
[04.01.2016 21:04:26] GMG|Keiji'Namura: destruction.
[04.01.2016 21:04:49] GMG|Keiji'Namura: Very well. Discharging antimatter.
[04.01.2016 21:05:53] Death: Lt.Eagle was put out of action by GMG|Keiji'Namura (Gun).
Konnichiwa. This is Vincent Maddox, Captain of the GMG vessel MV-Vincent.Maddox.
In the last few days I have noticed an increasing number of incursions by Kruger ships into GMG space.
The two ships in question (Kruger|xi-13 and Kruger|xi-15) have been entering Sigma 19 via Sigma 13 and attacking our miners at the Helium extraction points. They both fly BHG gunboats with Solaris gunboat weapons and grade 7 capital ship armour. Their modus operandi is to approach the miner, claiming that Sigma 19 belongs to them and demanding 4 million credits on pain of destruction. Last night, they were even so bold as to enter Okinawa allegedly to "look around". When challenged, they refused to leave and, in the subsequent battle with both myself and another GMG ship, where we were severely outgunned, my mining vessel was destroyed.
I feel that it is imperative that we mount an effective resistance against them in order to ensure the free flow of He-3 to the rest of Sirius.

There have been problems in Sigma-13 over the last week or so, regarding the illegitimate construct named above. I am pleased to report that the issue has been resolved, with the offending installation being peacefully evacuated and deconstructed. The communications log between myself and the owner, Professor Stephen Hawking, are attached.
[04.02.2016 00:52:07] GMG|Keiji.Namura: Good day, professor.
[04.02.2016 00:52:21] Prof-Stephen.Hawking: good say sir, its pleasure to meet a GMG official
[04.02.2016 00:52:49] Prof-Stephen.Hawking: may i offer you a bottle of sake from our bar?
[04.02.2016 00:52:51] GMG|Keiji.Namura: It is my understanding that you are in a position of authority regarding this installation.
[04.02.2016 00:53:00] GMG|Keiji.Namura: No, thank you.
[04.02.2016 00:53:27] Prof-Stephen.Hawking: Yes sir, i am the lead developer and the owner of this installation
[04.02.2016 00:53:40] GMG|Keiji.Namura: Excellent. On to the matter at hand.
[04.02.2016 00:53:44] Prof-Stephen.Hawking: how can i be helpful to the GMG ?
[04.02.2016 00:54:15] GMG|Keiji.Namura: The Guild has formally requested this station be evacuated and scuttled. Have measures been enacted to comply with this
[04.02.2016 00:54:16] GMG|Keiji.Namura: request?
[04.02.2016 00:54:44] Prof-Stephen.Hawking: oh this is so sad, i am sure there is a bit of miss understanding here
[04.02.2016 00:55:05] Prof-Stephen.Hawking: May i ask why the installation is being a problem requiring removal ?
[04.02.2016 00:55:30] GMG|Keiji.Namura: The station was constructed in secret without authorisation from The Guild. It has thus been deemed illegitimate.
[04.02.2016 00:56:03] Prof-Stephen.Hawking: I can understand this sir, and i agree with you - but may i explain this matter? do you have time, i ll open one sake here
[04.02.2016 00:56:22] GMG|Keiji.Namura: Of course, you have my ear.
[04.02.2016 00:56:36] Prof-Stephen.Hawking: Thank you for your time and attention
[04.02.2016 00:57:00] Prof-Stephen.Hawking: We are group of scientists, most of us studied in cryer phramaceuticals labs
[04.02.2016 00:57:31] Prof-Stephen.Hawking: We study very sensitive phenomenons and materials which is being a very easy target for piracy
[04.02.2016 00:58:03] Prof-Stephen.Hawking: So, we were very worried about our hard work, because those materials we work on, are not easily found
[04.02.2016 00:58:15] Prof-Stephen.Hawking: the data also is observed by thousands of hours of work
[04.02.2016 00:58:33] Prof-Stephen.Hawking: we thought that maybe this is a good idea to build the construction hidden
[04.02.2016 00:58:41] GMG|Keiji.Namura: Of course, I understand why this would be a concern.
[04.02.2016 00:58:46] Prof-Stephen.Hawking: but our intentions was not at all to break the rules and law of GMG
[04.02.2016 00:58:59] Prof-Stephen.Hawking: i understand of course kind sir
[04.02.2016 00:59:29] Prof-Stephen.Hawking: And as the lead of this organization, i would love to ask if you can accept us here and indeed under the authority of GMG
[04.02.2016 00:59:42] Prof-Stephen.Hawking: we have scientists relatived to professor quantian
[04.02.2016 00:59:54] Prof-Stephen.Hawking: we all know this legandary scientists from the old times
[04.02.2016 01:00:09] GMG|Keiji.Namura: Indeed, Professor Quintaine's reputation is well-established.
[04.02.2016 01:00:10] Prof-Stephen.Hawking: he was a friend to the GMG, working on GMG glorious which doent exists now
[04.02.2016 01:00:24] Prof-Stephen.Hawking: we also have this in our hearts sir
[04.02.2016 01:00:37] Prof-Stephen.Hawking: we know GMG always been the safe place for the scientists
[04.02.2016 01:01:06] Prof-Stephen.Hawking: through our knoweledge about professor Quintaine, we thought that coming here would be the right thing
[04.02.2016 01:01:18] Prof-Stephen.Hawking: our fear, was controlling us, so we worked it hidden
[04.02.2016 01:01:24] GMG|Keiji.Namura: I understand your position. If The Guild had been contacted before any construction efforts commenced, we would of course have
[04.02.2016 01:01:28] Prof-Stephen.Hawking: i admit it and ready for all punishments
[04.02.2016 01:01:33] Prof-Stephen.Hawking: i respect the GMG a lot
[04.02.2016 01:01:44] GMG|Keiji.Namura: carefully considered any proposal. This is not a guarantee of acceptance, but the consideration would be there regardless.
[04.02.2016 01:02:14] GMG|Keiji.Namura: However, no contact was made with The Guild regarding the construction of this base. I am afraid that is why it cannot be
[04.02.2016 01:02:20] GMG|Keiji.Namura: permitted to remain in the Sigma-13 system.
[04.02.2016 01:02:28] Prof-Stephen.Hawking: I understand exactly what you mean sir, and i am ready to follow whatever rules and guides that the GMG will decide.
[04.02.2016 01:03:02] GMG|Keiji.Namura: The Guild has decided that the base must be evacuated and deconstructed, commencing immediately.
[04.02.2016 01:03:26] Prof-Stephen.Hawking: Understood, and it's sad that we couldnt find hope here to stay and continue our researches
[04.02.2016 01:03:37] Prof-Stephen.Hawking: but the law is the law, and GMG have my crew respect and myself too
[04.02.2016 01:03:46] GMG|Keiji.Namura: That is of course appreciated.
[04.02.2016 01:03:53] Prof-Stephen.Hawking: so may i have a request of some time, so we can evacuate properly?
[04.02.2016 01:04:07] Prof-Stephen.Hawking: i mean we have a grand lab here, and its not easy to move the heavy equipments fast
[04.02.2016 01:04:16] Prof-Stephen.Hawking: so how much time will you kindly allow us sir?
[04.02.2016 01:04:21] GMG|Keiji.Namura: The Guild is prepared to grant a further 24 hours for the evacuation of the base.
[04.02.2016 01:04:34] Prof-Stephen.Hawking: We appreciate it very much
[04.02.2016 01:04:38] GMG|Keiji.Namura: However, in the meantime, I am afraid no ships carrying base supplies may be permitted to dock with your station.
[04.02.2016 01:04:57] Prof-Stephen.Hawking: understood sir, and how about ships carrying supplies out ?
[04.02.2016 01:05:10] GMG|Keiji.Namura: Ships carrying supplies away from the station may proceed unhindered.
[04.02.2016 01:05:29] Prof-Stephen.Hawking: understood sir, i will give order to all the crew now to start the evacuating process
[04.02.2016 01:05:37] Prof-Stephen.Hawking: the installation will be empty in 24 hours from now
[04.02.2016 01:05:43] Prof-Stephen.Hawking: as you kindly requested
[04.02.2016 01:05:44] GMG|Keiji.Namura: Thank you, professor.
[04.02.2016 01:05:55] Prof-Stephen.Hawking: you welcome sir, and good day for the GMG
[04.02.2016 01:06:17] GMG|Keiji.Namura: I will allow you to begin your work. Please enjoy your day.
[04.02.2016 01:08:49] GMG|Keiji.Namura: Professor, one last thing.
[04.02.2016 01:09:00] Prof-Stephen.Hawking: yes sir, i am all ears
[04.02.2016 01:09:02] GMG|Keiji.Namura: Please ensure The Guild has permission to land on the station.
[04.02.2016 01:09:31] Prof-Stephen.Hawking: The station is being evacuated sir at the moment, i just launched the orders
[04.02.2016 01:10:14] GMG|Keiji.Namura: I understand, however, The Guild needs access to ensure the promised evactuation actually takes place.
[04.02.2016 01:10:16] GMG|Keiji.Namura: I hope you understand.
[04.02.2016 01:10:49] Prof-Stephen.Hawking: I do understand indeed, although i dont know why there is no trust tho i did confirm for you that in 24 hours this installation
[04.02.2016 01:10:54] Prof-Stephen.Hawking: will be fully evacuated
[04.02.2016 01:11:08] Prof-Stephen.Hawking: but no problem sir, the GMG will have access in 30 minutes
[04.02.2016 01:11:10] GMG|Keiji.Namura: It is merely a standard measure, there is no ill-intent.
[04.02.2016 01:11:29] Prof-Stephen.Hawking: understood, no problem
During a routine flight through Sigma-13, I was today intercepted by a VFK|Sitnyik.Sotomayor out in the Crow Nebula, far away from marked trade lanes. The pilot of this ship did not appear to be friendly. Shortly after, they were joined by their friend, VFK|Wolfgang.Spielman, who happened to be in possession of cardamine. A brief exchange of words made their intentions clear, and I soon found myself under fire under the supposed justification of a previous encounter. Were I to face these two ships alone, I would likely have been finding my way home in a pod, or worse, not at all. Fortunately, I was joined by a fellow Guildmember, and we engaged in even combat. The hostiles put up a strong fight, but were eventually taken down one by one, albeit at the cost of the exemplary friendly ship.
I was later forced to limp back to Helgoland Station, my Eagle VHF having sustained heavy damage. The communications log is attached.
[25.03.2016 19:22:37] VFK|Sitnyik.Sotomayor: Guten Tag!
[25.03.2016 19:22:42] GMG|Keiji"Namura: Good day, pilot.
[25.03.2016 19:22:56] GMG|Keiji"Namura: Please hold for routine inspection.
[25.03.2016 19:22:57] VFK|Sitnyik.Sotomayor: So I heard you didn't like my comrade....
[25.03.2016 19:23:07] GMG|Keiji"Namura: Please explain.
[25.03.2016 19:23:28] VFK|Sitnyik.Sotomayor: He said you insulted him and demanded some cargo he didn't feel like to hand over...
[25.03.2016 19:24:05] VFK|Sitnyik.Sotomayor: Care to explain what your problem was?
[25.03.2016 19:24:15] GMG|Keiji"Namura: Then he must have had contraband, as defined in Guild laws.
[25.03.2016 19:24:29] VFK|Wolfgang.Spielman: Must have been that I didn't give him my drugs.
[25.03.2016 19:24:38] VFK|Sitnyik.Sotomayor: Let me explain it to you slowly so you understand
[25.03.2016 19:24:46] VFK|Sitnyik.Sotomayor: We don't give a damn about Guild laws.
[25.03.2016 19:24:54] VFK|Wolfgang.Spielman: Sums it up.
[25.03.2016 19:24:59] GMG|Keiji"Namura: Guild laws are supreme in Guild space and to be observed at all times.
[25.03.2016 19:25:12] VFK|Wolfgang.Spielman: We observed it.
[25.03.2016 19:25:18] VFK|Wolfgang.Spielman: We decided that we don't care.
[25.03.2016 19:25:26] VFK|Wolfgang.Spielman: Time to pick him off.
[25.03.2016 19:25:35] VFK|Sitnyik.Sotomayor: So fast? Right
[25.03.2016 19:25:50] Gas.Collector: Oh hi
[25.03.2016 19:25:55] Gas.Collector: Looks like you need some help
[25.03.2016 19:25:58] Gas.Collector: Time to help!
[25.03.2016 19:26:02] GMG|Keiji"Namura: I am under fire. Please assist.
[25.03.2016 19:37:10] Death: VFK|Wolfgang.Spielman was put out of action by GMG|Keiji"Namura (Collision).

It is imperative that the origins and motivations of these people be determined immediately, in order to ensure the security of Guild space. All Guild ships should be vigilant of any ships carrying VFK| identification, as it is highly likely this is indicative of a hostile group that has a grudge, for reasons unknown, against GMG.
Some time later, a Corsair ship was found loitering near the trade lane between Helgoland Station and the Frankfurt jumpgate. It had already suffered damage from an unknown source, and was swiftly neutralised before it could cause any real trouble. Any Corsair activity is cause for concern, and must be curtailed at any given opportunity.
A Samura transport was recently intercepted in Sigma-17, brimming with contraband alien artifacts. The ship had just exited the Omicron Theta jumphole, and was likely coming directly from Planet Crete itself. The pilot was naturally non-cooperative, and gradually edged toward Planet Kurile, eventually fleeing in-atmosphere.
The control Samura exerts over the planet has become too large a thorn in our side to be allowed to continue.
[29.03.2016 13:18:58] GMG|Keiji;Namura: Samura ship, please cut your engines.
[29.03.2016 13:19:09] Samura|-Ikazuchi: Why would I do that?
[29.03.2016 13:19:45] GMG|Keiji;Namura: You are in possession of illegal cargo. Please cut your engines.
[29.03.2016 13:20:06] Samura|-Ikazuchi: Illegal? Says who?
[29.03.2016 13:20:14] GMG|Keiji;Namura: Says The Guild. You are in GMG space.
[29.03.2016 13:20:24] Samura|-Ikazuchi: No, not really
[29.03.2016 13:20:52] GMG|Keiji;Namura: As a result I must ask you to drop your cargo so it may be disposed of safely.
[29.03.2016 13:21:07] Samura|-Ikazuchi: Not today

Some time later, there was an issue with another AFC pilot in Sigma-13. The pilot failed to halt for a cargo scan and decided to go racing around Sigma-13, all the while ignoring demands he cut his engines. Following a brief moment of compliance, the pilot then took off again and disappeared into the nebula.
The channel originally opened with AFC regarding their munitions smuggler has been reactivated, reporting the incident to Mr. Sunny and asking he get his clubmembers under control.
(03-30-2016, 08:55 PM)Gas Miners Guild Wrote: Mr. Sunny,
There is a matter I must bring to your attention.
Earlier today, one of your Clubmembers visited the Sigma-13 system. The pilot of this ship failed to stop when requested for a routine scan, and took off into the nebula in direct violation of Guild directives. They did eventually come to a halt and submit to a scan, after a long and erratic chase. Due to this poor display, I directed them to vacate the Sigmas, after which they claimed to be heading to Frankfurt.
The speedy light fighter then decided to once again take off in a random direction, and promptly disappeared from scanner range.

[30.03.2016 13:18:53] {AFC}-Mighty.Shark[B]:
Please inform your club that Sigma-13 is in fact not a playground, and Guild law is to be followed at all times in Guild space.
With the recent anomalous readings detected by Niigata Star City seemingly stabilising, I was, in a survey class Garanchou freighter, earlier joined by Guildmember Hitsugaya on a mission to investigate and log any changes to the Sigma systems. The results collected are astonishing.
Sigma-59 now directly links to a system deep within the Omicrons, Omicron Zeta, which carries the potential to present a major security risk to Guild space. It was decided against moving deeper into the system, and we promptly returned to Guild space. A second operation will be put together, with more manpower, to delve deeper into Omicron Zeta.
In the centre of Sigma-59, at the edge of the Kamo Belt, lies a jumphole to the newly-discovered Sigma-21. This leads to the Tonkin Cloud in Sigma-21, which conveniently obscures the return route. The Battleship Daishouri has already been relocated, to serve as a both a forward base for operations in the system, and a mighty guard to protect our home.
There appears to be four planetary bodies in the system, the first investigated being Planet Hanoi. Its composition appears to contain a notable amount of Helium-3, however, harvesting from the planet will likely be commercially unsound, considering the ease of accessing He-3 deposits in the Sigma-19 and Okinawa fields. The planet may potentially be a target of thievery, as enemies of ours such as Samura and Kruger may consider such a repository to be commercially viable. In orbit of Hanoi is a small and unremarkable moon, Hai Phong, which is unlikely to be of any use.
On the other side of the system's binary stars lies Planet Saigon. This planet is clearly of the utmost importance, as preliminary scans taken imply it is habitable. Should our neighbours come to the same conclusion, it is certain a landgrab would occur, depriving The Guild of an extremely valuable planet and weakening our grip on the system. Saigon must be properly surveyed and claimed with great haste. It too is a accompanied by a small moon, Kauthara.
Weak gravimetric readings implied the presence of yet another jumphole in a local outcropping of the Crow Nebula, which we managed to locate, mostly through luck. After taking the hole, we emerged in another nebula, in, what is a new development for GMG, Sigma-15. We took a path which was likely inwards, directed by a star, and emerged into a wide open space with a station in the distance. Upon inspection, this station revealed itself to be Freeport 15, yet we have received no communications from any Zoners at any point, regarding the discovery of the system or the construction of their station, which is cause for concern. Rheinland is also clearly aware of the system, with two intelligence agents spotted at distance. They changed course and did not approach, while we held position at the Freeport.
A Zoner ship later emerged, as did a Core "Bullhead" Battlecruiser, which later turned out to be commanded by one Keeper Raven, who has assisted The Guild with valuable intelligence in the past. This ship, the A/)-ACV-Eidolon.Wraith was highly armoured and armed with Core weaponry and a cloaking device, but interestingly, not carrying Core identification. A highly fruitful conversation ensued, in which the Zoner and Guildkeeper shared some of their knowledge of the area. During this conversation, planets were sighted in the distance, but not approached.
At one point we were joined by another capital vessel, this time the A/)-ACV-Cincinnati, also highly armoured and armed, this time with a curious combination of IMG and Liberty weaponry, and another cloak. These people are clearly part of an organised group, however, how they have come to acquire such a mix of ships and equipment is unknown.

[13.05.2016 21:22:17] GMG|Keiji*Namura: The Guild is currently on a survey mission, to chart space it has previously been unaware of.

[13.05.2016 21:23:04] IRG|Aurora.Borealis: Brad: This is Freeport 8 located within Sigma 15, we are in essence, on the edge of Rhineland space
[13.05.2016 21:23:33] GMG|Keiji*Namura: This is a curious system.
[13.05.2016 21:23:50] IRG|Aurora.Borealis: Brad: Indeed, it is contested by Rhineland, but the recent war limits their options
[13.05.2016 21:24:01] IRG|Aurora.Borealis: Brad: Also I hear there is another system with a planet that is easier to access
[13.05.2016 21:24:15] GMG|Keiji*Namura: The Guild has no comment on such a matter at this time.

[13.05.2016 21:35:27] A/)-ACV-Eidolon.Wraith: Raven: Along with guncams, yes.
[13.05.2016 21:35:59] A/)-ACV-Eidolon.Wraith: Raven: I don't know the current Core plans, because things change within time, but I truly know

[13.05.2016 21:36:58] A/)-ACV-Eidolon.Wraith: Raven: We already sighted some Rheinland Military vessels under the name of "Omicronkorps" scouting out the area

[13.05.2016 21:37:56] IRG|Aurora.Borealis: Brad: Hmm, I seem to remember reading a statment from the Government saying they weren't taking sides
[13.05.2016 21:38:21] A/)-ACV-Eidolon.Wraith: Raven: Yes... they were there to 'pacify and to observe' the situation.
[13.05.2016 21:38:51] GMG|Keiji*Namura: GMG has been on the receiving end of such operations in the past.
[13.05.2016 21:39:39] A/)-ACV-Eidolon.Wraith: Raven: Huh.
[13.05.2016 21:39:53] GMG|Keiji*Namura: From what you have said so far, this system appears to be a link between Rheinland and Core space, is this correct?

[13.05.2016 21:40:16] IRG|Aurora.Borealis: Brad: Indeed, the Rhineland Party in Exile claims this space

These events have left The Guild with a lot of work to do to ensure its sovereignty over the Sigma systems is maintained and enforced. To this end, we are faced with several tasks.
-Survey of Sigmas 13, 17, 19, 59 and Okinawa to investigate any changes such as jump holes closing and opening. -Full survey of Sigma-21. -Investigation of Planet Saigon to determine habitability and feasibility of colonisation effort. -Full survey of Sigma-15, based on information provided by Keeper Raven and Brad the Zoner. -Exploratory efforts in Omicron Zeta due to its new link to Sigma-59.
In the meantime, a public broadcast will be prepared to announce a claim on the systems of Sigma-21 and Sigma-15.
At roughly 21:17 this evening, the Communications department onboard Ogashawa picked up a distress signal coming from Guildmaster Keiji Namura in the nearby nebula. Interceptors were quickly raised to alert 1 and launched, even though hangar 4 was the only bay capable of handling fighter craft at the time, and it didn't take me long to run into trouble in the form of three Farmers Alliance ships. They all had similar transponder prefixes, as evident in the scanner logs, and their force composition numbered 2 Irezumi very heavy fighters and 1 Mamoru bomber. Namura was flying an Eagle, and I arrived on station at 21:19 in a Karasu interceptor.
After some intense trash talking, we began shooting each other. The fight ended in a decisive victory for Guild forces; three down on their side, and no losses on ours. During the scrap, I was able to down one of their Irezumis with concentrated gunfire. I'll be sure to let the ground crews know so that they can paint another tally mark on my ship.
I took some superficial damage to the hull on the side, resulting in the loss of my number two engine, but aside from that, the both of us made it back relatively unscathed. Flight logs are recorded below.
[26.05.2016 21:19:59] GMG|Tal,Ravis: Oh.
[26.05.2016 21:20:04] Tamaka.Odachi: Now do the honorable thing and surrender peacefully, or matters shall be taken.

[26.05.2016 21:20:14] GMG|Tal,Ravis: What the hell are these?
[26.05.2016 21:20:15] GMG|Tal,Ravis: Farmers?
[26.05.2016 21:20:24] GMG|Keiji''Namura: These are walking, talking, violations of Guild law.
[26.05.2016 21:20:37] GMG|Tal,Ravis: I can see that.
[26.05.2016 21:20:38] Tamaka.Ogama: You see only guild? Are you not Kusari?
[26.05.2016 21:20:51] Tamaka.Odachi: The same can be said of your exploitive nature of our peoples.
[26.05.2016 21:20:52] GMG|Tal,Ravis: No, as a matter of fact, I'm not Kusari.
[26.05.2016 21:21:15] Tamaka.Ogama: Cloud must have gotten into head of our other Kusari brother.
[26.05.2016 21:21:32] Tamaka.Ogama: You are not kusari, you just take what is rightful of the Kusari people.

[26.05.2016 21:21:51] Tamaka.Odachi: You simply rob our land of its riches and leave nothing to the people!
[26.05.2016 21:22:07] Tamaka.Odachi: For these crimes, the Alliance shall not tolerate your presence.

[26.05.2016 21:22:29] GMG|Keiji''Namura: Standard procedure for Alliance ships in Guild space is ship destruction.
[26.05.2016 21:22:39] GMG|Tal,Ravis: You come to our space, then you say that we're trespassing and that you're gonna kill us?
[26.05.2016 21:22:41] GMG|Tal,Ravis: That's low, man.
[26.05.2016 21:23:10] Tamaka.Ogama: Is it? We just met around five pilots. Ageira, Freelancers and others, and yet you do nothing?

[26.05.2016 21:24:29] Tamaka.Odachi: What say you? Shall you come peacefully into custody of the Alliance?
[26.05.2016 21:24:45] GMG|Tal,Ravis: I don't know about that one.
[26.05.2016 21:24:52] GMG|Keiji''Namura: Your ships will be destroyed.
