Firstly, since you insist on 'watching us' and 'documenting' our moves whilst veiled, why would you be suprised that we would act within aggression? Not only does it raise our suspicions about this communication, it also makes me think why would think this ludicrously frail attempt would succeeed in obtaining information. Had you not attempted to contact us in a seemingly deceitful manner, this would have gone a bit more in an assuaged demeanour.
I do not desire to communicate with individuals who fail to show who they are, who they affiliate with. We're not aware of your intentions or desires, or even 'what' you are. Until you inform me of yourselves, then perhaps I am able to talk. You know, it's quite rude to go around, demanding people to tell who they are.

I understand your caution, as this is a rather unusual transmission to receive at such an odd time. I represent a group of individuals who, are well invested in the well-being of mankind within the Sirius sector. No, it's not the Order. Their twisted description of being the so-called "Vanguards of humanity" is exactly what I called it. Twisted. Nevertheless, I'm trailing off. We're gathering knowledge, information, technology, so on and so forth, for the purpose of preservation of the future of our species. Why? Our kind have a tendency to try and destroy themselves. Not just us, but the creatures of the Omicrons aren't exactly friendly next door neighbors. So, we have several contingencies in place in case things get out of control. The Order aren't the only ones who claim to be the 'Protectors of Humanity' and even those many others will "fail" to keep a 'nice' image in that regard. There is no perfection to this, as that is a cause which will undoubtedly run into an "immoral" topic or issue, especially if one goes without massive support.
Though quite oddly, in essence, our intents run along the lines that you have provided me. Except we like to take pride and stealth with our group, staying together in harmony within shadows during these hard times, bringing along our tactics and lifestyles from the Core. We essentially function as a nomadic family, but not entirely exact to those words. We find it highly aggrovating when individuals tend to 'observe' us like specimen.
It isn't a surprise to me that Humanity will trip over and crumble, but inevitably, we shall always rise again. I see that you may interested in stopping the Nomads? Well, I hope you have multiple backup plans, because it won't be as simple as doing objectives in an "ABC" fashion. They're cunning and smart, but even they can be manipulated.
We're well aware of the unorthodox enemy these Nomads are. We have something in the works currently, as well as implantation. All of which is classified I'm afraid. Our observation of you was intended to shine a light on your group, which now, with the information (albeit a small ammount), makes having an operative in pursuit of a possibly friendly asset seem like a waste. As such, we've withdrawn Phantom-2 from observation. So enjoy the freedom.
As for the future, there is no "ABC" fashion in which we intend to resolve this infestation of another kind. In fact, we have no intention of directly combatting the Nomads, or even attempting to communicate with them. We also don't intend to observe them beyond movement, so as to avoid them as much as possible. So, assumptions aside, let me offer you and your group some assistance. Should you need information of some kind, or technology, do not hesitate to ask. We ask, that in return for this aid, you provide us with the exact intentions you would have with what you request, so we might determine if its safe to be deployed to a near-unknown.
What is making you so... passionate about offering out assistance? Why the plead of our discovery and action? Are you perhaps in search of something or someone?

But naturally, I would have to deny such an offering, as your party has yet to prove themselves to us, Mister Pierce. We do not step blindedly into the shadow and hope for the best.
I believe that patience with time is the essence for now, as this all seemed a little too... sudden. I don't really have anything more to query or to say, as I need time to create a clear judgement upon this. Perhaps something could happen, perhaps something could not. I... Suppose its time for some clarity. In refrence to the questioning of a Sanae Miyasu, and our presence within Coronado, we did not intend on following you for observation, more so attempting to locate you, to discuss possible cooperation. We had no intention or causing alarm, or panic. Merely, to discuss sensitive matters face to face. Some things are best kept off the neural net, as I'm sure someone so secretive as yourself would understand.
We've had some... Difficulties, due to our low number of operatives. From what we' ve seen, cooperation is something our current leader would see as an appropriate solution to this issue. Were Mister Hunt not incapacitated, I'm certain he'd handle things himself. More so, without espionage. Offering an olive branch to you and your asociates seemed appropriate to solidify a positive relationship. It seems my judgement was wrong, as it has been before. Of course, I have no doubt that you would have done your research by now, into myself and Mister Hunt, so allow me to save you the trouble.
Joshua Hunt is an enigmatic man, who had dreams of creating a unified empire with force, using a weapon he had designed and nearly completed using hybridized singularity technology recovered from Specimen #4, often referred to as "Adad" or Void Archon, from the Nomad species. One was recovered by a contracted Mercenary named John Silverstone, or SirLagsalot. Nearing completion of the prototype, Hunt and I had some disagreements, and he had a change of heart. Shortly after my departure, his liner, our mobile base, detonated, with some personnel on board. Some of which survived, including Hunt, who is currently in a coma, in need of surgery.
I, spent my youth as a private investigator. I signed on with Josh a year ago to attend a meeting between himself and some Naval brass. The meeting never happened, as his liner exploded. So, for the past few months, me and the others have been picking up the pieces of his project, keeping it under wraps, and well away from anyone who might see its potency to use it for what it was designed for. Keeping Sirius safe from people much like ourselves. Your group appear to have a similar goal, thus cooperation furthers mutual goals.
