Greetings Admiral.
Seeing there's this slip-up there's something I'd like to ask of you to cool the air. Just a small favour.
I like to consider myself a scholar. I do invoke in reading up on Sirius's history from time to time. The past is filled with both humanity's victories and humanity's failures. Regardless of context they both harbor knowledge. Knowledge we can learn from.
I would like the Rheinland Military to tell me everything there is to know about the 80 Years War. More specifically, any information on the GMG and their operations throughout that period, as well as their combat tactics and strategies. And with no intention to insult Rheinland, as I am a Rheinlander myself, I would like to know of the weaknesses of Rheinland during that period, their shortcomings and why they did not succeed from your point of view.

Greetings, Herr Nodtviet.
I'd like to apologise for the belated reply from our part, we were looking for the person responsible for handling librarian tasks.
I collected the titles of books, which I recommend reading to get more information on the subject:
The Rise and Fall of the Rheinland Reich by Catislav Meowich
Kaiser: A Study in Tyranny by Alan Bullfrog
Kaiser (2 vols) by Ian Sparrow
The Past is the 80 years war by Christabel Bilderberg
Inside the Rheinland Reich by Albrecht Spear
Letters to the GMG by Helmuth von Abdullah
The Face of the Rheinland Reich by Joachim C Feast
The Kaiser's War Aims by Norman Ramsbottom
I've read some of them myself and I have to say, they're a very informative and even somewhat entertaining read. You can buy most of them online, or - if you would like to visit your Vaterland from the Omicrons - you can rent them at the Hamburger Nationale Bibliotek.

Major Odinsdottir,
I will be sure to look at purchasing those volumes online then. Although those books don't sound like they offer much in the terms of military tactics employed by both sides.
If you could elaborate on those, I would be very appreciative.

As a high ranking officer of a prestigeous military organization, I am sure you understand how much knowing the background of the enemy matters in finding his reasons, knowing his tactics and weaknesses in order to defeat him. Now these books offer plenty of that, the book Kaiser for example details the love life of the glorious Herr Kaiser for about 500 pages, which makes you understand why he started the war in the first place.
While it is true that these books are not primarily about tactics, they offer plenty of insight on not only that, but the reasons for such maneouvers as well.
If after reading those books (should be a mere 34 890 pages altogether), your curiosity is still not satisfied, look me up and I will ask my assistants to compensate that.
