"Privyet, or Hello in Sirian Standard. The Sirius Coalition's second wave of Marines is almost prepared to ship out for the battlefield, 300 Marines are currently finalizing their urban-combat war-games on JiangXi as we speak and the quartermasters are preparing equipment specifically for Tomioka's fields and cities. They will be reinforcing the 50 Marines already sent to fight alongside your own forces planet-side in an effort to secure the planet for the Shogunate as we have spoken of before, however unlike the first wave this wave will be bringing in heavier equipment. Explosives, Powered Armour and an assortment of other ordinance made by Volgograd Industrial shall be accompanying the next wave, it has proven to be highly reliable in hostile combat environments on JiangXi and in other locations within the Coalition, Tomioka will not be an issue due to it's relative calmness as opposed to JiangXi.
However the Coalition did not merely contact you to inform you of the second wave's progress, the State Duma has decided to extend an offer to the Blood Dragons to utilize Volgograd Ordinance for use in the war against both the Republic and Samura's 'Ronin' cronies pressing in the western region of Kusari. Both Volgograd Industrial vessels and Blood Dragon logistics vessels would transport the crates of ordinance to Kyoto to distribute as needed to soldiers in need of reliable equipment and arms.
The Coalition hopes the Dragons if they accept will make great use of our ordinance and see it's usefulness on the battlefield once the 2nd wave arrives."

May Ling here,
The Shogun is away in an important meeting and has left me in charge here for now as one of the oldest serving "generals" in the Dragons. So, going through your comm, I can say that I find it exciting news. The Dragon war machine had long prepared for the push in Nagano, I have personally been in a leading role in the sieges quite a long way back. Before the Dragons presence in the system was at this level. Anyways, this new supplement in ordinance, armor and man power will be utilized at their fullest potential. It's time to figure out the myths about the Coalitions military traditions, hm?
Either way, consider this as an official permission for the Coalition vessels to ferry the supplies into our stations, while we start arranging our own convoys. I will have someone instruct the dock masters soon enough to expect your shipments. If there's anything else let me know.
Safe skies to your daragoys out there. May Ling out.

"Affirmative, Volgograd Industrial shall deliver ordinance to Kyoto in a timely manner, the crates are sealed with Bio-Locks which are keyed to Coalition personnel, they will be opened upon delivery to ensure security and access to Blood Dragon soldiers only. The reinforcements will be arriving at Kyoto for deployment to Tomioka within a few days along with their heavy equipment. Reports from the Marines already sent have been promising as while they have only seen light combat they are holding up despite a lack of heavy munitions, powered armour and other ordinance that will be accompanying the next wave."
