Below you will find the necessary registration forms to aquire the legal usage of Commonwealth (Hellfire Legion) technology or vessels.

To qualify, a form is to be filled out with the following information:

In addition, not all technology is available, and some requires special permissions granted by the Lord Commander and Executive Commander under mutual agreement. The available technology can be found below.

RESTRICTED TECHNOLOGY

The following technology requires expressed permission from both the Lord Commander and Executive Commander of the Hellfire Legion before consideration and discussions for production and licensing proceed. Applicants are required to provide the original information, as well as the transcript of a neural net communication between themselves and the Lord Commander/Executive Commander, and a detailed report as to why the technology is required, detailing the intended use and destination for such.

In addition, The Commonwealth reserves the right to deny any applicant for restricted technology for any reason, and revoke the licensing if found in use against Commonwealth interests or the citizens of Liberty.

Purpose of the item(s): Enhancing our surviving capabilities in space. We're not planning to use this technology to hunt actively, but want to be equipped in case of piracy or any other kind of enmity.

Reason why it should be granted: We heard about the Commonwealth offering who have peaceful intentions to share their superior technology with them. While we all can agree about some civilian designs are pretty and powerful, they often are outmatched by the superior pirate series. To prevent us from having a way too early death, we better want to invest in something that is in all Sirius known and feared: the Hellfire Legion assets. Our own intentions are simple: We just want to survive. We don't seek the trouble at all, but sometimes, with all the different factions, their ridiculous claims of territory and laws, the trouble reaches one very fast and often. The assets will be used by my fiance Maren von Westefeld and myself.

If you wish, we could come to neutral or Commonwealth space for a meeting.

Upon review of the requested technology, the board has come to a decision to grant the purchase and use of the Series HF-V "Prosecutor" as well as the purchase and use of two sets of HFGx-04pl "Judgement" Mk II Legion Plasma Cannons. However, the board wishes to notify you that the use of the Series HF-G "Inquisitor", as well as the requested armaments - H4-Z "Brimstone" Turrets, was denied.

The reasoning behind the decision is due to a lack of citizenship, trust, and previous relations between the Commonwealth, yourself and your fiance. You are seen as newcomers to the Commonwealth, and while you're welcome with open arms, you cannot cross a bridge that has yet to be built. The funds for the denied equipment will be deposited into your account. We apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
