INITIALIZING MESSAGE
Heinrich,
Corsairs you say? Common enemy is always uniting, however the deputies of the National Council are do believe that relations cannot be built on such dilapidated basis. Of course for the time of negotiations we would like to propose the cease fire between the Council's and Hessian forces. We openly don't like political ideas of each other, however it cannot be the reason for the lack of cooperation. To avoid any conflicts on the matter, National Council proposes to establish the "Charter of mutual respect and non-interference". The National Council of Malta will refuse to exert influence on political process in Rheinland. In exchange Red Hessians won't influence the Maltese politics.
If reputable command of the Red Hessian Army is agree with aforesaid, we are willing to continue negotiations.
Sincerely yours,
Enma Loyola.
The National Council of Malta.
I've decided to be more rational, at least for now. I don't see what can stop us from gaining a mutual benefit. However I will NOT tolerate slave traders or cardamine traders of Maltese, or any other origin within Rheinland or the Omegas. There is no compromise there, we will reserve the right to eliminate cardamine and slavers within our borders.

INITIALIZING MESSAGE
I'm glad to see that you have decided to create the platform for a potentially productive negotiations. In the same time I am sad to see that you are still under high influence of some silly stereotypes. For I moment I had a feeling that I am talking to Corsair or some Rheinland Military officer.
At some point I can understand your position regarding the cheap labour, but negative impacs of cardamine are barely exist, I believe that's a matter of pubcil knowledge those days. Rheinland is also not a primary market for us, and those who want to get cardamine are usually taking it without our direct participation, that's how the market works.
To cut it in short, we are not actually temped to unload Cardamine in Rheinland or Omegas and most of the workers that we will transport will be of the libertorian origin. We are speaking of transit through Rheinland in Liberty here, which is not going to harm Rheinland or it's people, even by your criteria.
If you won't trust us on word, which is naturally, we don't mind our convoys to be escorted within the Rheinland space to a proper destination.
Addiction is something no one is fond of. Also if I remember correctly you're having an issue with birth rates? But obviously Cardamine doesn't have anything to do with that... The northern Rheinland systems are watched more heavily by the Unioners and the VWA. New Berlin, Dresden, Stuttgart, and Koeln are to be avoided when you pass through Rheinland. If the Armee catches ANY vessels with Cardamine in those systems they will be destroyed.

Reasonable enough ja,
sorry for a bit late of a reply. There's an annoying group of Rheinlanders that are being very unreasonable, and to be honest they are just awful. They are calling themselves 'Syndicate Leagues of the aligned Unioner Syndicates and the LWB'. In short, they are not paying what they promised, being rude and unreasonable. In the end, it's resulting in them being shot by my people apparently.
I don't pay a lot of attention to what is happening in Rheinland, and I respect your shot-calling role when it comes to Rheinland and Omega affairs. So I want to clarify is shooting those people won't affect my good long-standing relations with the Hessians in a negative way? I mean, we have a lot of common problems to solve still, since Corsairs and other bugs are still a thing.
