I'm contacting you with some news and a request for a favor. First of all, as you may heard, the organisation known as National Council of Malta established themselves there and are being the current most active group of Maltese we know. We've also came to conclusion that they are aiming on becoming the administrative organisation of said Planet.

The good news are that, they have been seeking good relations with us, that could I believe develop in some sort of aliance, as they do understand what did we do in the past years for Maltese. They also understand what our ideals are and with whom we do cooperate and work with. Therefore, Malta could become soon a more pleasant place for you, as you were hoping the last time we've spoke.

As for my favor, that I need from you, it's the following if possible;

4x RCM-4c "Komoran" Rheinland Cruiser Missile Turret.

The reason of all this is that, I've requested National Council to build us class Storta destroyers but, knowing how much it would take for such task, they've decided to use existing, one decommissioned and one in our use Stortas for my request. I know that this is not a easy task even for you with no offense but the destroyers need to meet the requirements for what they will serve. Dark times are coming, agent. We need to be prepared.

All you need to do is to provide these to be picked up from. I will dedicate a contractor for this task to bring all those materials to Valetta, safely.

this is good news, I do hope that these changes in the Maltese society can be benefical to all of us. Having the Maltese space as a friendly harbour once again would be helpful for our operations.
I will organize that the cargo and weapons you have asked for, will be delivered to a private cargo bay on the Freeport in the Omega 3 system. Your contractor can pick up the first shipment in a few days. Your contractor will be automatically informed once the delivery arrives at the cargo bay. However, be aware that even for me, it might take some time to get a hold of all the things you are asking for.
