Name: Victor Edward Steiner
Rank:Lieutenant Commander
Age:24
Place of Birth: St James Hospital, Warwickshire, Planet Cambridge.
The Last child of (Lord) Albert Steiner, a Xenoarchaeologist, and (Lady) Jullia Steiner, BIS Member, Victor Steiner has a rather different childhood. The disappearance of his parents not long after he was born resulted in him being raised by his siblings. His early childhood remained uneventful, and thus he became one of the more distant family members often buried in a book or playing music with John. His brothers Alfred and William had gone into Archaeology and Business respectively, while his sisters Isabella, Mira and Rachael had entered the military or were travelling Sirus. His only remaining sibling was John. As the last children of a missing Lord, John and Victor passed the time by managing their estate's grounds while their elder siblings were away. Soon John left for medical school and Victor was left alone, while his siblings did return on occasion, Victor was largely by himself until he finished school. During this period his relationship with his eldest sister fell apart. He had no memory of his parents and Isabella made it a point to constantly remind him of it, a fact which he despised.
As soon as he had graduated from University Victor locked the family estate and joined the BAF after exploring Rhineland and the Omega systems. His experiences at this time resulted in Victor becoming more withdrawn and reserved, unwilling to explain his actions to anyone.
His time in the BAF and the steady promotions to his current rank is something that Victor is very proud of, despite his withdrawn nature. This has made him extremely loyal to the crown, the service and his superiors. He has a ''get the job done'' attitude towards the war and often fly's extra patrols in Leeds, despite the Risk. He dislikes Libertonians as he considers them rude, arrogant and aggressive, this does put him at odds with a few of his superiors, he therefore keeps such thoughts to himself, so as not to cause undue tensions between fleets.
He is currently assigned to the York in New London, under High Admiral O'Brian
Name: Noa Jefferson
BRETCOM ID: ALT-23L
Status: ACTIVE
Date of Birth: 20th May 800 AS
Place of Birth: Wintersett, Leeds
Background
The young Noa, as an orphan child, lived with his stepfamily till he was 17. A mid-high class family took care of him as he was their child. His stepfather, Tobias Jefferson and his stepmother Lilly Jefferson, educated Noa on a classy way, a well known man, kind, trustful, loyal and patriotic. One remarkable fact is that he was the only child on the family, thing that moulded his personality the most.
On 816 AS, Noa started on Leeds high School, studying Economics and getting specialized on Aerospatial crafts and buildings. His love and fascination for these topics brought him on the top students of the class, rather obtaining special degrees which impressed many scientists on the topic. Even though, he never got the possibility to fly any vessel nor to step into the space leaving the Leeds' ground by himself.
When the Gallic war broke out, he found the oportunity to leave the Planet. His parents weren't able to make it with Noa mostly due to his mother' s health issues, the obstruction of her coronary artery unallowed her to fly under higher-than-stabilized pressures. Noa had to leave everything aside and behind him.
He stept into the spacecraft. ||Liberty
Jefferson landed in Manhattan, 817 AS. He could't afford on steping back with his thoughs and memories on his dear family. A new era for him has started. Leaving his grades, work and knowledge accquired in Leeds, he joined the Liberty Army on Planet Manhattan as they were the ones who helped many people in Leeds to escape the war. They taught him to be respectful, proud of the Liberty lands, prudent, cautious and circumspect. He also learnt to fly spatial vessels in there, hence that he applied to the Liberty Navy spatial protection and security.
Aside of the Army, Noa designed ships for a company during a period in time. Prototypes that never left the planet, though. He made good cash with it, and in time, he got used to the libertonian laws and politics.
Years have passed and Noa started to feel unpleased. An old sting harrassed his thoughts since the first day in the new Lands. He never loved Liberty in the same way the libertonians did. Everyday looking in the news, reading newspapers, stories and announcements about the ferocious Gauls and their entry in Bretonia, he felt like he needed to be there. He wanted to take part into something bigger, way bigger than Liberty. Nothing could outshine his love for Bretonia, and his family. In 823, It's been 3 years already since Noa left the Liberty Navy Army on its totality. Step back
Noa never found the way to get back to Leeds. Over and over again inconveniences made his journey to Leeds impossible. He crossed four old systems to reach what since then will be his home. Lands at New London, and contacts with the Bretonian Armed forces. Bretonian Armed Forces
Actual commander in the Yukon's fleet, Jefferson ranked up fastly since he joined the forces. Nedless to say, loving his job more than ever, his trust for Bretonia reached its highlights. Being fully involved into the fleet, fought bravely in many ocasions within it. There's where he got highly experienced using bomber classes, defeating from the smallest to the biggest threats with his guns. He also created the Havoc wing with the help of higher commands. He uses the Havoc IV class ship, which might be his choosen vessel.
Personality
Charming, kind, brave, polite ambitious and patriotic are the most fitting adjectives that you might find to describe him. Dreamer, halfway childish halfway mature. He hates everything involved with the Gauls, and his love for Bretonia and his family leads his emotions.

PERSONAL HISTORY:
Lowden's mother was the daughter of a entrepreneur who owned a tin can factory on Leeds. She, dropping out of college due to nothing else but laziness, was employed as an assembly worker in the factory. Lowden's father, an unemployed poet, managed to enchant her heart with his verses, after which they married. However, his father-in-law disliked him due to his practical uselessness, and once Lowden was born, he didn't want to spare the money to support the family. Struggling with financial difficulties, Lowden's parents divorced not long after his birth, but his grandfather also accepted to share his capital.
Lowden had an easy childhood, but the abundance and the lack of a father somewhat spoiled him. Furthermore, once he became old enough to not need his mother's daily care, his mother got back to work, and instead of going to kindergarten, he was taken care about by a nanny. When he was supposed to go to school, it turned out that he was unready, not having met any other person but his closest family and his caretaker before. Because of that he had a personal tutor hired for him, until he graduated from the elementary school.
He went to a private high school. Having seen a girl in real life for the first time right during puberty, he started acting a bit kinky towards them, but since everyone saw him as nothing more than "that weird guy", it was never taken seriously. Due to being the weird guy, he was also teased and bullied, sometimes in front of the very same girls. That resulted in his passion for seeing violence being committed upon other people. After he had graduated from high school, with somewhat poor grades due to his unremarkable diligence and intelligence, he managed to plant a fire in one of the bullies' house, almost suffocating his innocent sister. Fortunately no one else was hurt, and luckily for him, the fire was labelled an accident.
As his grades were too poor, he wasn't able to go to college. Instead, he was employed as a physical worker in the factory by his grandfather -- whose health began to deteriorate sometime around this point. A couple of years later, his mother also fell ill, but mentally -- it was discovered that she was schizophrenic during her entire life, but this age was when the illness became visible. Being the only offspring and the closest relative of her father, she was supposed to inherit the factory, but now she was rendered incapable. Lowden's grandfather thought that Lowden was so as well, being overly spoiled, so he sent him to join the Armed Forces so he would harden up. Under that condition he would inherit the factory.
Lowden performed unimpressively in the Armed Forces, so he stayed an ensign for over two years. Once he did get promoted to a lieutenant, who he still serves as, it was only due to an error in the database, which has still not been noticed. He went to a strip club after his promotion, to celebrate being still alive with his comrades in arms. He drunk a lot of alcohol there, and, proud, talked too much about having a factory to inherit. One of the strippers heard this and, as soon as she simply showed up in front of him, Lowden fell in love, and they got married. The stripper was, of course, only in love with the wealth which she would inherit should her husband be killed in action. Lowden was relieved from duty for his honeymoon, which he spent with his wife. She got pregnant and gave birth to twins, none of whom have seen their father yet. Lowden has "seen" a few other women since his service parted him from his wife.
His achievements include putting the radio dish of the BMM's Douglas Station in Omega-3 out of action by an unintentional collision, and surrendering the tea from his cargo hold to a Gallic pilot so he would be allowed to retreat -- twice. He was also involved in the capture and the interrogation of that same Gallic pilot later. No one knows where she is now, nor what has happened to her.

Place of Birth: Sandwich Estate, Planet New London, New London System
PERSONAL HISTORY:
Roger was born from the illegitimate relationship of Lord Abraham Clowde of Sandwich, a distant relative of the Steiners by mother's line, and one of his mistresses, in one of the many comfortable rooms of Sandwich Estate. It was clear that he could never inherit his father's title, even without mentioning the staggering number of his elder, legitimate half-brothers and sisters, and even more illegitimate ones. His father was, as one may guess, inefficient at controlling some of his carnal urges, but he was also very religious and patriotic, so he always did everything he could to keep his children well-dressed, well-educated and well-fed, despite the costs, as some sort of a repentance for his sins.
Roger grew up on the estate and rarely went out. He was relatively of sedentary character and did not like sports, although he sometimes played marbles with his siblings. He had private professors and achieved decent grades, at least for the amount of care and effort he had invested. He did not receive the highest degree of education, but he was prepared well enough to find employment and cease being dependent on his father's shrinking income. His father then bought him a freighter, sent him off to space and secured his room, which he no longer needed, for another child. This freed his father from many expenses.
Some people like fast ships, some like gambling, but Roger did not have a special hobby. He was specially bored, and that acquired him a habit rather than a hobby, or even an addiction, of special proportions -- eating. That is why he needed a very long time to pile up some notable capital. His Clydesdale, the "Ant", was specially modified so that the cockpit space was expanded on the account of the cargo space, and a part of the remaining cargo space always had to be filled with luxury food, so there was less cargo that could be shipped. A considerable amount of those profits would be spent on the next reserve of luxury food. It took Roger more than two decades, and a weight loss of about 20 kilograms, to finally replace the "Ant" with a second-hand Serenity-class, the "Albion".
The Serenity-class was considerably larger than the Clydesdale-class, which Roger found very convenient. He did not have to make any modifications, there was a lot of cargo space and there was space for a crew who could serve him, so he did not have to do everything on his own. He made the ship his home and he never left the spacious bridge, which he made his personal quarters.
However, the crew did not like to be servants. Especially not with those wages. Namely, Roger only did shipments when he ran out of food, so they were not regular and, as a consequence, the crew was not regularly paid, nor richly. Roger spent most of the profit himself. Having already got bored of regular food, he would spend hours browsing the Neural Net for all sorts of the oddest, and most expensive, specialties in Sirius to try out. He saw the crew as no more than pawns at his service. Resentment among them was slowly rising.
The turning point was the day when Roger discovered that he could no longer pass through the doorway. He was stuck in the bridge. He needed either someone to widen the doorway, or someone to bring him supplies. The crew refused to do either of this and instead offered an ultimatum: they would either all quit and leave him there until he burns enough calories to be able to exit, or he would transfer the ship to the Armed Forces. The reasons for this were partially patriotic, but mostly practical, as Merchant Navy transports were always and hectically active, and wages were fairer and more regular, as opposed by capitalist companies. Roger refused and fired the crew. He promptly sent a request for help to his father, but the only reply he received was that his letter was deleted as spam. His father could not remember him, either because he was old, or because he had made a lot more Clowdes until that point or, more likely, because he was nearing bankruptcy.
Roger could not find a new crew, as many people had already heard the rumours about him. He had to recall his old crew and accept all of their terms. As a safety measure, the doorway was not widened, so that Roger would stay dependent on the crew.
He is currently serving the Merchant Navy. The "Albion" is usually tasked to transport inedible supplies, as the Command wants to make sure that all of it reaches the destination.

Place of Birth: Royal City Of London, Planet New London, New London System
PERSONAL HISTORY:
Edward Neville started his military career at the time when the Bretonian Golden age was a close memory. The Mollies had already secured parts of Dublin, the Gaians had been plaguing the Kingdom for more than half a century, the Outcasts, and especially the Corsairs, were on the rise. He came from the suburbs of the Royal City Of London, not the wealthy ones, and although he considered himself a Bretonian patriot, especially during international sports competitions, his primary reason for enrolling was the wage and the chance to escape from the miserable life on the ground.
Young women like soldiers, and Edward married not long after the start of his career. He had two children, but as he rose through the ranks, his service became more and more permanent and he was sent on further and longer journeys, instead of only patrolling the capital. His relations with his wife deteriorated, while she started feeling lonely. This culminated when Edward returned from a long mission, though shorter than anticipated, to find another man in his wife's bed. They divorced and the children went with their mother. Edward's own mother died not long after, from a failed liver transplant. She had a habit to take a "sip" when bored. Edward's father, a senile old man, nine years older than his wife, tended to somewhat neglect her or at least rarely noticed her wish for care and attention, though he had always criticized her for drinking. Now when she was dead he withdrew into himself and refused to speak a word for a whole year. He first spoke again to an abbot of the Church of Abo, and then became a monk. Edward found comfort in military service, which distanced him from family drama. It was what made up his life now, and he dedicated to it fully. He rose to the rank of captain, and served as commander in chief aboard the HMS Neptune, a battleship. It came to him as not much more than Thursday news when he was informed that his father, too, had passed away, not long before the Nomad War. He came to the funeral, but, at least superficially, maintained a formal stature and left as soon as socially acceptable.
During the war his ship was positioned in Omega-3, having the experienced captain and crew in mind, and saw significant action. One time, though, a Rheinland battleship, surrounded by Bretonian forces, offered a surrender and required the HMS Neptune to approach and board it. Despite the warnings by his bridge staff, and wishful of glory, he complied. This turned out to be a ruse, intended to reduce the distance between the two ships and thus maximize her armour and firepower advantage, and nullify the Neptune's edge at evasion. However, all of the Rheinland escorts had already been destroyed, and the Neptune was able to cruise away, ending up on top, though heavily damaged. As results were the only thing that mattered, this did bring Edward some glory, superficially at least, though inside his mind it was a different situation. He developed a taste for ungentlemanly strategies and, of course, a mistrust for Rheinlanders.
He continued serving after the war and, but was honourably retired in 810. Before that, merely for the purpose of formality, he had graduated from the military academy, as he had no formal military education before his service, and was now employed as professor. When the war with Kusari broke out in 814, he felt an urge to reenlist, but decided that he served Bretonia better by educating the young cadets, though he continued to harbour the hidden wish to serve the real navy again. However, in late 816 he heard in the news that the HMS Neptune was destroyed in battle. The belief in the incompetence of the current BAF consumed him, backed by the news of the constantly retreating Bretonian forces, and he tried to reenlist and take command of the Neptune's successor ship. Though the Neptune was seriously ravaged, much of her internal structure could be salvaged, and it was used to spare the time and recources for constructing a new battleship, the HMS Thunderer. However, due to the schemes played by a certain George Richard Hall, Edward's age was used as the argument to deny his application. Desperate, gin became his best friend, helping him to shorten the long days. Eventually it also cost him his job. The pension that he was receiving, one of a former university professor and a former Armed Forces captain, was significant, but he tended to spend all of it on alcohol and gambling. His house became troubled by disrepair and it was very obvious that he had stopped hiring any cleaning women. Instead, some other women, decades younger than him and good looking, were occasionally seen visiting his house. His habits eventually cost him the house in 824 and he had to spend most of his pension to pay off the enormous debts. By 825, it was common to see him begging for money in front of a local bakery, but he was made to leave a few weeks ago by the angry employees, whose customers his presence was repelling.
What was a disaster for Bretonia was ironically salvation for him, even if temporary. The mentioned George Richard Hall died in the Battle of Southampton in November 825, as captain of the destroyed HMS York. He was still, formally, the captain of the HMS Thunderer, though the ship had been entrusted to the first officer, Arthur McKenna, while Hall was aboard the York. The Thunderer also saw action at Southampton, but McKenna felt profoundly ashamed by retreating and leaving his captain to die, so much that he committed suicide after the battle, thus rendering the Thunderer without a captain. The Armed Forces already lacked personnel, especially volunteers, and they had to resort to draft in order to find a new one. Someone high up who also knew history, the Thunderer's and Hall's, remembered Edward. One day, instead of a few pennies, he received an invitation to service. That was, he claims, already 76 years old, the best day in his life.
It will, however, take some time and effort bringing him back into functional shape.
