Report #1:

Subject: Unknown Alien Organism

The ORG Flagship, Horizon, picked up a sample of an unknown substance after
following a Nomad into the Omicron Minor system. The substance has been
brought to the Horizon's research facility for a detailed analysis.

The substance was identified as an organism called, 'Madze'.
The temperature of the clammy substance was around -270° even though
it was still liquid. The liquid had a blue color.

A part of the Substance has been analyzed under a microscope, the cell
has two membranes and in the middle is a big nucleus, the cell shows high
biological activity.

The substance was insufficiently cooled during the research, as it temperature
began to grew higher. After a certain point the organism started to replicate itself
and shortly after breached containment. Attempts do re-contain the substance
failed and as a result the Research Bay has been internaly self-distructed to
prevent the organism from spreading further.
Casualties: 2 Guards and 1 Scientist.

The sample was completely destroyed, but another has already been aquired
in front of the Nomad installation, Dur-Shurrikun.
The substance now is kept under quarantaine until further research is beeing conducted.

Report #2:

Subject: Nomad Structure

Doctor Warren Marek brought my attention onto a strange Nomad structure in the
system of Omicron Zeta. The structure appears to 'disrupt' the Jump-hole leading
to the Omicron Iota system, what follows are recordings of said structure:

Event-Horizon

These structures appeared similar to something I've seen in the
Omicron Major system, the Dyson Sphere.
On the surface of the sphere, are power nodes sharing the same
appearance with the one in Omicron Zeta.
What follows are recordings of the Dyson Sphere and the nodes:

It appears to me that the Sphere is constructed out of the same material
as the Jump-hole disruptor.
I was unable to get a sample from the sphere as a we were forced to leave the system.
