I want to thank you for opening up negotiations for the new year's contract. And while your terms are most agreeable, I don;t feel that they are generous enough for the hard working pilots of your organization. Therefore, I'm offering the following payments that are a bit more than your offer...
Monthly fee for FL-ER to service the Solitaire Metropolis base with supplies: 10 mill credits payable at the end of the month
Now before you ask, no... I have not lost my mind by desiring to pay an additional premium for the goods and services that FL-ER will be providing. The fact is that Jimmy and I had a "special arrangement" with some additional "benefits". I believe that he absorbed some of the additional delivery costs himself just so he could justify stopping at the base on a regular basis. Prior to his recent disappearance, he may not have spoken of this to you (or any of the other members of your staff).
I also personally believe that if your going to be purchasing a premium product with a reputation for quality and reliability, you'll have to pay for it. Your organization has built up a reputation for timeliness of deliveries that is hard to match, so I will not mind spending a few extra credits for your continued support.
Lastly, as much as I hate to say it, Rhineland space has become more and more dangerous in the last few months. While both the Polizei and Military are welcome and even encouraged to visit Solitaire Metropolis, we have seen their occasional visits cease all together. Piracy in Stuttgart is on the rise, with transport pilots and miners being extorted by both "Freedom Fighters" and criminals more often than not. So to pay a little extra should encourage pilots to see the risks and being worth the rewards.
I would also like to add that while we do not keep large reserves of valuable ores in our storage silos, the members of FL-ER are more than welcome to buy wherever we have on hand so their outbound flights are not with empty cargo holds.
I eagerly await your reply -
Lorelii
Note: If for some reason you hear from Jimmy, tell him that I miss him...
Your reply is wonderfull. It seems you are truly experienced in business and have a cunning way of thinking, and a good way to win over your business partners with thoughtful compliments. I thank you for that.
The prices you are offering for each load is undoubtedly generous, and I'm confident you will receive quality services from our engineers which will surely be motivated to supply Solitaire Metropolis.
To officialize our business contract, I send you, below, a signed contract with the terms and conditions agreed upon. If there isn't anything else you would like to add to the contract, then I respectfully ask that you sign it and send a copy back to me.

Regarding Jimmy O'brian... We believe he is okay, but... Off the grid. We haven't been able to talk with him recently.
I'm not entirely sure what relationship you shared with Jimmy, but if it helps, I'd like you to know that Jimmy has been an extraordinary person, business partner and friend. Our group made significant breakthoughs thanks to his motivation and hard-working mindset.
The partnership between [FL-ER] and you, Lorelii Darksaint, is a perfect example of the legacy he has left behind, and for that we are all thankfull.
See you soon Miss Darksaint.
yours truly,
Wallace Emmerich,

I heard the contract between Solitaire and FL-ER has been renovated, and MAN, I sure am happy with this renovation. I've never been paid this awesomely before here in Rheinand!
This is the deal of the year! *shouts* - YEAAAHHHH!
Also, let me commend your staff in Solitaire Metropolis, they received me very well. They were very nice and even offered me a drink on the House!... Loved it!
on to business now, I delivered the following supplies to solitaire: 21.500 units of Reeinforced Alloy 12.900 units of Synth Paste 12.900 units of Oxygen 12.900 units of Water
Here are the Logs
I also moved three loads of Cobalt Ore to the New Berlin system on my way back, I delivered it to Breuninger Station which is orbiting the Planet. I Figured this was a good idea since Solitaire Metropolis also needed to get some more free space to receive the supplies.
Oh, by the way, We have no way of telling if Solitaire Metropolis is in need of a lot of Reeinforced Alloys or not, so... If by any chance there's a time in the future where its reserves are low, make a quick emergency annoucement on this frequency and I'll try to get some units as quickly as possible!
I am pleased that you are happy with the results of the newly signed contract between FL-ER and my base. I hope the increased credits that you have received will be put to good use.
Keep checking in for more ores, miners do make regular stops here and if the price is right, I'll buy their cargoes so they can make a quicker turn around going back out to Omega 7.
It appears that we will have to increase the frequency of the reinforced alloy deliveries to twice a week. Our supply has become dangerously low and I've had to see to a couple emergency deliveries myself. The good news is our supply is at a level that is sufficient to get us through until you have a chance to get down to see us again.

Here the logs for the latest round of deliveries, should be plenty of supplies for a day or two. 7.000 Food [x][x] , Oxygen [x][x] and water [x][x] . 14.000 Reinforced Ally [x][x][x][x] Also moved some of the Colbalt and Silver ore through to New Berlin while I was picking up the Alloys, so you've got some more space for imports now.
I believe it was already time to get some supplies into Solitaire. Here's the list: 57.900 units of Reeinforced Alloy 6.300 units of Synth Paste 4.300 units of Oxygen 4.300 units of Water
Here are the Logs

Here is the latest load of supplies. Things got a bit messy since i was trying to coordinate things with Mr. Soares. There was 1 load of Food, 2 of Oxygen [x][x], 2 of Water [x][x] and Just one of Reinforced Alloy. After the last of the Water and Oxygen deliveries, I was told by the Dock Workers that their respective storage bays were full, so they only took a partial hold
More supplies have been thrown in to Metropolis! *Chuckles*
Today i got you: 21.500 units of Reeinforced Alloy 8.600 units of Synth Paste 8.600 units of Oxygen 8.600 units of Water
Here are the Logs
I didn't have time to deliver more Reinforced Alloys. Hopefully one of my colegues will soon.
