Greetings, Mr. Martin.
While i was busy organising the Fleet after we took the brunt of GRN forces in Tau-44, i got a report from Admiral Henn about a proposal from the manager of Glendalough Orbital. From what i read from the report, your group is in need of a shipyard for a ship. I would like to know details from you and how you plan to proceed on the "business".
Keep in mind we are rather spread thin due to our recent assault on Tau-44 and having shortage on resources.

Well now, Admiral Richard, this message is quite the coincident, I was just about to send you a message. You are correct, we do need the services of a shipyard, as we've managed to acquire quite a well sized vessel. A cruiser to be specific, and not a model you're probably familiar with, being from Rheinland. The hull of the vessel is still more or less intact, no gaping wounds in its side or anything like that, however it's missing most of its weaponry. The supply and installation of said weapons is the main problem we need help with, as we have already started to work on crewing and fueling the vessel, since they are fairly simple matters to attend to in comparison to arming it. And of course, any work done on a vessel of this size is made much easier with the use of a dry-dock, something we have no access on our own.
Since, from what you have said, you are low on resources, we wouldn't want to impose any extra production efforts upon you, so we could see about getting some turrets off another party to be installed at your shipyard, although I feel it would be much easier to have them produced and installed on site, however we can go with which ever is best for you. Which ever way things go, I'm sure we will figure something out, and we would be more than happy to bring in some supplies for you, in exchange for this help and on top of any supplies you'd want us to bring in to put towards the cruiser.
Looking forward to working together,
Stay safe out there
Greetings again, Mr. Martin.
When i mentioned shortage, i did not mean we cannot mount a few weaponary. We can surely mount cruiser-grade Crayter weaponary on it and your offer of shipments is appreciated. I took the liberty of having the list of resources we are short of and made a list.
*opens the resources list*
7500 units of Armaments
5000 units of Nanocapacitors
2500 units of Hull Segments
5000 units of Lasers
*uploads the list to NeuralNet*
So, if that suits to you, we have a deal.

Admiral Richard, that is a most excellent offer, one we most certainly appreciate. We can certainly see about shipping these supplies in and it should not take more than a week or so to gather everything together. I am assuming that you would like these delivered to Sabah Shipyard? Additionally, I will open this channel up to the rest of FL-ER, so that that may report deliveries here. Once the deliveries are done, we can see about moving in our Cruiser.
Good day Admiral Richard, it is a pleasure to speak with you. My name is Jack Burton, [FL-ER] transport captain and escort pilot. This message is to inform you that all of the materials you requested have been delivered to Sabah Shipyard. We are eager to begin work on the Hel cruiser we have acquired, and your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. All of the manifests for the shipments can be found in the attachments below.
It is good to see you are fast at deliveries, Captain Burton. Your work is appreciated and it will be very, very helpful to refit some of our capital ships and snubcraft. Hopefully we will do business more.
Now, now, while i expected you would move the Cruiser meanwhile bringing resources, moving it after is fine too. So please bring it whenever you can and we will make ready its weapons meanwhile. Have a talk with Chief Engineer of Sabah Shipyard for refitting details and progress.
Richard, out.
