This is not the first time one of your grossly incompetent and blithering operatives have so brazenly entitled themselves to unlawfully cross our borders and perform espionage. I needn't inform you as to how high of an offense this is, surely you wouldn't want us to bring our agency's assets to New Berlin's atmosphere and then refuse to cooperate with your local forces whatsoever.

The operative when told to comply completely, decided this meant to activate his cruise function instead, a small fight ensued and I had the local mercenaries and forces join in to ensure he was definitely taken into custody. This is an insult to the Republic and its people. Should you not act accordingly to bring this man to appropriate justice, it is a severe act of aggression.

In respect of my own Government and local forces, I urge you to brand this man a criminal and have him gunned down on sight without so much as a hint of mercy or honour, they don't require any.
In respect of the Rheinlandic Government, I urge you to brand this man a fugitive and potential terrorist and perhaps so far as a blatant infectee, rendering the same stance as our own Government.

Fortunately enough, the fool crash landed aboard Rochester, while his skill was commendable, I doubt he's going to make it back very easily now. Even if he does, well, I doubt he should be given hospitality, to put it that way. If he hasn't died in a fire, he'll be sent back, perhaps alive, I can't guarantee that for I'm sure people are still twitchy when it comes to Rheinlanders crossing the borders, not to mention the local xenos who hunt foreigners quite zealously. For the sake of the Buro's reputation, diplomatic relations and the health and safety of these juveniles you hire as operatives, render them proper training and instructions of how to conduct themselves in foreign space if they ever find themselves there.

This will be all and I will be expecting responses especially acknowledgements from the Rheinland-related forces in compliance with these suggestions and appropriate directions.
I'm more than certain the Republic will handle this accordingly.

this is the third incident by independent Marinenachrichtendienst which makes me angry. But since neither the BDM nor our government decided to send this Agent out on a mission, we don't take responsibility, same would go for the other incidents that don't concern you. I also don't understand how you would command us to gun down our own people, surely, he will receive a punishment if you want this one to die, do it by yourself, arrest him, execute him, whatever, I don't have a place for incompetent Agenten as well but I am not going to pick him up to kill him, he is all yours.

Also, since the Liberty Navy has also had her small trips to Rheinland, oh nothing special, just capital ships and a convoy, which, even carried Nomads and other alien related cargo, so throw the infectee complaint back at the Navy. I advise you to clean your own door before you complain about us, we will deal with this MND issue as good as we can, as for this particular incident, do with him what you think is right.

I'm disappointed.

I wish you were more willing to take responsibility as these are paid servants of Rheinland regardless, but I can understand your answer, from one operative to another that is. As such, the Agency will not be returning the debris of his ship that crash-landed on Rochester, nor will it render any responsibility to furnish to you the rogue agent's body should he end up killed within our borders.

The Libertonian Government may pursue additional measures, but that'll be my personal relief for the distress this agent caused. For that is what I think is right and you yourself authorized me to do this. For your candour in responding to this communication on short notice, I'm most grateful. Good day to you Admiral Hofmann.
