I was lingering among Malta Region for quite long. If I couldn't note that it's a beautiful place, that would be an underesatimation. Sadly, the grace of Northern Omicrons is not something I want to bring to discussion.
There is no doubt that under Your rule, the Commune prospered and growed into the ostanishing organisation. I saw you operating in Liberty and couldn't help but notice that your progress is no match for those, whom I once used to call my brothers.
But there is something that I must to ask your help for. I can't work alone against those, who sabotage the Light. I'm barely the scientist, not an operative. Yet I have a ship that is prompt enough to get me out of dangerous situations, I have no source where I can use myself on one hundred percent. While the Light is being sabotaged within and outside, I can't tolerate it, but in the meantime, I can do nothing about it, because I'm a lone person.
What I can offer to you and the greater work of the Commune, my friend, is my knowledge of the Light and all the data that I, by far, managed to collect and will collect onward.

Commune has recently developed three minor cells. One, which I'm head of is the one that serves as main fighting force, and there are other two. One is called Terminus, and is exactly where you will fit. Perhaps, you've met doctor Synk, who is currently head of it.
There's Silver Sun, and we have Bassam Hussaini on top of it. That cell was recently chosen to represent the Light on Malta, as we hear that Oracles were expelled from the Nation. All the possessions of the Oracle order there, have fallen right into our hands.
That fact saddens me, I've once been Oracle like you, Laguna. But at a same time, it means - we got new chance, to fight for what we've used to. It seems that our suspicions about Threewinds and what he was doing have come out to surface.
I propose a meeting, as there is another individual which as well wishes to be part of our organisation. And since you both are about science and technology, I will arrange meeting with Doctor Synk, somewhere in safe. Perhaps, we can come to some good ideas about future.
