Ladies and gentlemen,

it has been a busy week for me and my crews. Back in Omicron Delta mining operations continue - I'm pleased to report that Aquarius-6 had extracted another 529 cargo units of azurite gas from the reactor installation and delivered to Durban Station.

While the Sagittarius-9 was still undergoing maintnance after the recent Omicron Chi expedition, I went to Planet Hamburg to pick up the newest addition to the APM service fleet - a freighter class repair and maintnance vessel, callsign Virgo-1.

On the way back from Rheinland to Omicron Rho, I stopped to pick up a batch of 290 cargo units of DT-Fuel destined for Alabama Shipyard. Naturally, the delivery had been successfully compleated.

The addition of Virgo-1 to Alabama Shipyards promisses significant improvements to the speed and quality of ad hoc deep space repairs to Core capital ships.

Ladies and gentlemen,

I'm pleased to report that Sagittarius-9 is once more fully operational. Without further delay my crew loaded its cargo hold with 1489 cargo units of refined iridium intended for Planet Erie, Liberty-Pennsylvania. The order has been delivered right away.

Due to the recent shortage of test subjects for augumentation research, Dr. Engele arranged for me to meet up with his trusted supplier on Planet Pittsburgh. He managed to recruit 855 volounteers to aid our research. Since the DSE ground station on Pittsburgh is also one of the leading exporters of boron, we picked up a batch of 1530 cargo units for Yaren Base.

Since our cargo could potentially rise suspicion of Liberty and Rheinland authorities, the Sagittarius-9 went dark through Bremen, avoiding trade lanes and staying out of scanner range whatsoever. Our volounteer test group arrived safaly at Alamaba Shipyard. The rest of our cargo has been taken further to Omicron Delta and unloaded at Yaren Base as planned.

Ladies and gentlemen,

we have been quite bussy lately, me and my crew. We're pleased to report that while exporting refined iridium from Yaren Base to Planet Denver, Colorado, the Sagittarius-9 returned to Core space with a fresh supply of pharmaceuticals.

Having saved precious time going forth and back through Kusari, whitch seems the faster route to our trade partners in Liberty, one should take the opportunity further. The meanwhile overdue shipment of AP hardware for Willard Station in California was loaded up right away at Alabama. Susscessful delivery was ensured.

Now moored in California, Sagittarius-9 will be ready for further ventures shortly. I will be happy to keep the Board up to date on our progress.

Please note that Dr. Rosenberg, lead scientist during our expedition to Omicron Chi argues, that the data gathered back then points to a possible third jumphole connection. Wheter it is stable, what its phase alignment is and foremost, where it is located (if at all) remains to be discovered. I will make sure to meet with the doctor upon return to Core space.

Ladies and gentlemen,

our libertonian trade partners were most pleased with the new delivery of AP hardware. Prospects on reestablishing steady orders and shipments for Willard Station are quite bright.

Up next was the scheduled arms supply for Dagger Outpost in Omega-55. A batch of light arms was picked up at the Ageria affiliated Detroit Munitions production facility in New York. I hereby report successful delivery to our brothers and sisters in the Omegas.

Now Sagittarius-9 is moored back at Alabama Shipyard for maintnence, the crew enjoying their deserved rest. I however can't seem to enjoy the idle standby. Ever since the discovery of the unique but inert artifact in Omega-58, I'm having strange dreams. Perhaps I should report to H+ for checkup. Still, there's work to be done - the Aquarius-6 was overhauled just recently and I shall take it out for a couple of mining runs shortly.

Ladies and gentlemen,

once again azurite mining operations in Omicron Delta commence as scheduled. Several runs have been completed harvesting and delivering a total of 1587 cargo units (proof of delivery: 1st run, 2nd run, 3rd run).

On the way back from the 3'rd run I was contacted via secure chanel by a Junker named" Kyle". We have a history of encounters with this trader - a report by Sentinel Sogan on a previous occasion hasbeen brought forward.

The said Junker requested permission to sell a batch of valuable, recyclable parts on Alabama Shipyard. Naturally, these are in demand for our engineering department so I escorted the vessel to mooring point 2 for unloading. A warrant in the amount of 10.000.000 S.C. was collected for further conduct until a visa application can be filed and processed.

Mr. "Kyle" did however also make an interresing offer on top of that by suggesting a steady bussines agreement between him and The Core-APM consortium. He would propose to establish a depot in Core space whitch would regularly be supplied with materials needed for our endevours, rady to pick up at earliest convenience. In exchange he expects permanent exemption from custom duties/trade visa collections as well as assistance in securing basic supplies needed to run the installaltion.

If it pleases the Board, I would hereby bring the notion forward to consider said proposition issued by this independant Junker.

The Board as well as the Core High Command will, I am sure, be also interrested in what followed. Near the end of my little chat with the Junker, the Aquarius was contacted via secure chanel by the Order warship ORV-Kebechet on the premise that several Core operatives may have been kept hostage onboard.

Although I was highly sceptical at first, sensing what may well be a vicious trap I decided to see for myself and agreed to meet for pickup - partially due to the fact that although not stated outright, the Order officer suggested little hesitation to execute the prisoners. I considered my chances - would it actually turn out to be a trap, the Aquarius has a decent chance to outmanouver any Order capital ship and quickly gain distance before retreating to safepoint Yaren. I decided to take my chances.

Curiously enough, the captain of the ORV-Kebechet revealed herself as being quite sincere about the offer of mercy. She turned 5 Core pilots over into my custody allowing safe return to Omicron Rho. All of them are being treated in H+ as I submit this report.

While I must say I am nonplussed by the encounter, I do not have any false illusions on its motives. As operative of the Core, even though in the civilian division, I will not allow this incident to change how I loathe the Order and its affiliates...

Ladies and gentlemen,

the ongoing research into both hybrid hardware and bionic augumentation has over the years proven to consume a great deal of resources, azurite reservoirs especially. Naturally expected breakthroughs have been achieved (Project Mercury among other things) whitch I believe is nevertheless partially due to a constand resupply of the components in demand.
I'm proud to serve the joint goals of APM and The Core by conducting regular mining operations, as well as flying supply runs and piloting scientific expeditions with Dr. Rosenberg and his team.

Ever since my encounter with the ORV-Kebechet (and the successful extraction of 5 Core pilots held captive by yhe Order) mining runs have been astonishingly eventless. Latest visits to the azurite installation in Omicron Delta resulted in a successful delivery of 1590 cargo units of the said mineral, completed via following runs: 1, 2 and 3

Also I gave my little trinket found back in Omega-58 to Dr. Rosenberg for furhter study, though I sincerely doubt there's going to be any noteworthy results. I am waiting to hear from the doctor shortly though, his further exploration of Omicron Chi has been announced to me and I shall pilot the second expedition as soon as preparations are made.

Ladies and gentlemen,

a truely devoted APM operative knows no rest. With the azurite demand saturated for the nearest future, I was once again pleased to ascend the bridge of the Sagittarius 9. Several tasks have been scheduled.

Our primary route was a supply run from Detroit Munitions to Dagger Outpost. However, an independant shipper who was supposed to handle a batch of cut diamonds from Omega 11 to New York went missing before even reporting at Solarius Station. Since it was not far off our route (given the Sagittarius' departure from Alabama Shipyard) and the receipient Interspace Commerce being a major shareholder of APM, I was happy to fill in, getting all expenses coverd. In a rather eventless run 2385 cargo units of said diamonds have been delivered to Newark - unfortunately the cargo hold of a Percheron is only as spatious, so it was just part one of the shipment. The main package of light arms was loaded up at Detroit Munitions.

On our way to Omega-55, upon entering Hamburg we experienced what appeared to be either the presence of a Maltesian strike craft or a sensor malfunction. The hostile contact disappeared rather quickly from the screen, thus making a solar interference while unlikely, one possible explanation. Although there is centainly little to none reported outcast activity in Rheinland, a scouting craft cannot be ruled out entirely. Relevant excerpts of bridge communication are attached.

Indeed, time flew as the Sagittarius made her way to Dagger Outpost, where the scheduled shipment has been delivered. Conveniently we've picked up the rest of the diamonds at Solarius right around the corner, setting course for Liberty once again.

Sudenly, right outside Manhattan as we came in though the lane from Fort Bush, we almost ran into an Outcast Ranseur. Naturally, Liberty authorities have been notified right away and soon the LNS-Odyssey was inbound with her support fleet to intercept the bogey. Despite the Sagittarius being only a cargo ship, I did offer our assist in case needed. The Navy however made short process with the interloper purely on their own. Relevant excerpts from the communitacton log are attached. Precious cargo has eventually been delivered to Newark.

Ladies and gentlemen,

I am sad to report, that the damage taken by Sagittarius-9 during the Omega>Liberty trade run tuned out quite irreperable. The vessel served our purpose well, but under the given circumstances is now being decomissioned, stripped for parts and replaced.

In turn a new multi-purpose ship has been aquired to fill the position. Having learned from her predecessor, that long range expeditions would strongly benefit from a more sturdy, resistant and spatious design, I am pleased to take charge of the Oasis class converted deep space research and logistics vessel, christened Sagittarius-3. Although aquired from a second hand market, the ship is in perfect working condition - I believe it will serve its purpose nicely.

Upon arrival at Alabama Shipyard, Sagittarius-3 has become a temporary home to 79 crew members, as well as the respected Dr. Rosenberg, his survey and science teams. Upon my request a reconnaissance module have been additionally equipped.

Already the maiden voyage of the Sagittarius-3 under Core banners proved quite exciting. We've assisted our brothers and sisters Core|AV-Achillae, Core|Reaper and Core|Frank.Winston in the pursuit of a fairly far developed nomad entity identified as "Elune". Unfortunately the being managed to flee safe to the infested installation in Omicron Delta known as Lichtefelde. A fairly conclusive report has been submitted by Knight Tyberius Ryder.

Most noteworthy was the fact, that me and my crew have been blessed with the opportunity to meet the new Guildmistress of the Core, God Empress Ruby Hydra, formerly Guildkeeper of Rheinland. Empowered by this, I shall continue my efforts to serve the divine cause of The Core so that through me Imperium Omicronis becomes reality.

Ladies and gentlemen,

so far the Sagittarius-3 proves itself to be a valuable addition to the APM fleet, foremost as deep space research and reconnaissance vessel. The recent expedition was long and quite eventless, yet we did not return empty handed.

Omicron Chi

Following Dr. Rosenberg's suggestion to revisit Omicron Chi rewarded us with the discovery of a jumphole connection to the Corsair system Omicron Xi, exiting deep within South Aagean Nebula. The localization has been mapped out as precise as possible, considering that almost non telemetric measurements, except for manual pinpointing can be conduced due to "astronomically" high radiation levels throughout around 85% of the known system space. However this new connection may be of utmost strategic relevance - although the Corsair empire has withdrawn from Core space, such passage would allow them to invade Omicron Delta from two fronts at once. I believe it is only a question of time before they stumble upon the same. An updated navmap can be found here.

Another noteworthy observation was that the station known as FOB Camelback Gold of undetermined affiliation did not appear on our sensors, even as the Sagittarius closed in on the minefield, about 10k from its previously noted coordinates. Yet there was no sign of debris or any oher forcefull removal of the structure, like it vanished into thin air or was taken apart and transported out. However I do not see how the latter would be possible considering close proximity to the Nomad lair structure, except for it being raised by infested individuals affiliated with the Nomads... Unfortunately, we were unable to gather more detailed information since the Sagittarius-3 is too large to safely maneuver through the minefield.

A cloaked raid into deeper Omicrons

Next on the schedule was a testrun of the newly developed, highly advanced cloaking device installed onboard the Sagittarius. Sacrificing an enormous amount of space for both the device and its power supply, we set course for Omicron Minor and the deeper Omicrons.

The testresults are remarcable. The improved secondary EM relay allows for a vary long, continuous stealth run, without the danger of overcharging. The field remaind stable throughout the entire working time and successfully shielded the vessel from detection. An almost complete circle from Omicron Minor, through Iota and Major, with a close up on the surface of the Dyson Sphere and back to Lost was drawn before the energy supplies for neared depletion. The APM ingeneering department deserves my greatest apreciation for this accomplishment. Yet the long stealth run comes at a price - considering its size and spatial requirements for optimal efficiency, the device is next to worthless on any ship smaller than the Sagittarius. Even a Mako battleship at current design (though being significantly larger) simply does not provide enough room to host the equipemnt and run it long enough to make it anymore efficient then the commonly used advanced battleship cloaging modules. A resized design for the heavy cloaking device would be highly recomended. Still, the technology is superb.

An installation presumed lost

On route from Omicron Lost to Delta we've picked up an odd energy reading. Upon closer examination it appeared to be originating from the abandoned Crayter depot orbiting Planet Moros. At frist we approached carefully scanning the structure from safe distance. The base showed no vital signs, no defence installations, nothing that would in any way suggest its active usage - to cut it short, it's a wreck, barely even worth smeltering. Still, the station power core seems to be online and the automated docking mechanisms appear operational. A close up turn around the base did not reveal any significant findings. However, the implications of the base having been activated yet not represurised are disturbing. I suspect the Gammu AI may have something to do with that - I advise to keep an eye on the structure as well as intensified surveilence over all of Omicron Lost. Or better yet, whipe the scrapheap off the charts with a swift bombardment, whitch is long overdue anyway.

Ladies and gentlemen,

the scheduled delivery of high-end AP gear to Willard Station has been compleated. Despite an especially high interrest from the LSF, the journey was once again rather eventless.

While half of Sirius is buit on Ageria parts, including some of our own AP hardware, our engineers are actively working on substituting components from other manufacturers with own improved or adapted clone parts. We've picked up a fresh batch of bio-neural processors at Leduc Station for both the manufacturing process and reverse engeneering purposes. Said elements were later brought to Yaren for further appliaction.

Before leaving for Core space, we took the liberty of taking a discrete peek at the prototype jumpgate the Ageria has been working on. While the structure itself is quite impressive, its purpose remains a mystery. It appears to utilize a baxter like anomaly at its core, whitch would mean, that the engineers at Ageria must have a clue on how to harness its energy to ensure a stable alignment. If so, this could potentially mean that a functional one-way slipstream to another sector is within reach (given the gravitational discrepancies don't tear the crossing vessel to shreds). Although not likely to become a popular means for long distance travel, theoretically it could be used as a weapon - a sort of inter-sector catapult whitch when jumping a powerfull warhead or bomb, may very well annihilate entire systems in sectors far beyond the reach of conventional tech or simply short range catapult deadly payloads throughout Sirius. Such a weapon would potentially make any empire tremble.
