It's been a while since I had heard any news about you. Not since that uh... Thing, in Kansas over a year ago. That topic will have to wait, I'm afraid. This is a business call.
I've got some associates that are in dire need of a medical specialist while they get back up on their feet. I don't know if you're still willing to enter the fray, but it'd go a long way for a lot of civilians if you'd be able to help. Basically, a mobile hospital. There's probably some injured and infirm, even some malnourished and dehydrated due to a severe lack of resources. I'm calling in another favor to help them out with a particular resource problem, but there's only so much I can do on my own. I'm no doctor, and you happen to be the best one I know.
So, what I'm asking is that you or someone else make a trip out to Cayman to lend the Reapers a hand. Make contact and tell them you were referred by Leviathan. It'd go a long way for them and for my people as well.

As you can see I personally am doing some trading to fund my enterprise. I have my one Borderworld's transport to move people and equipment. I can get a Med Force ship in for personnel removal but I'll need to know where they're going as we're not set up for a long haul transport. I'll do what I can.

Doctor Holliday and The Reapers,
With the situation in Cayman becoming dire I've been authorized by my contractors to coordinate this operation as soon as possible. We have a very small window of opportunity, and I intend to take advantage of it to do everything in our power to evacuate who we can. Doc, I don't want to put too much weight on your shoulders but these are people in need of a better home, and the surrounding locals aren't going to let them go quietly. This'll need to be done under the rug if you want to maintain a positive reputation in that side of the Omegas. You'll need an appropriate guise so as to not jeopardize yourself or your organization. I wouldn't blame you if you decided to back out, but if not I guarantee you'll be compensated for your efforts by wire transfer.
Reaper affiliates, your instructions are much more specific and coming directly from my employer. You are to gather scientific personnel, the remaining members of your command structure that are willing to leave and any immediate family for the first trip out. You'll also need to collect tech samples, any data from your facilities, research, scouting reports - anything you can get your hands on that looks scientific or has any sort of value. They've told me this part is non-negotiable. It's more or less your bargaining chip.
Once you've obtained that and gathered, you'll await the arrival of Doc Holliday at Shadowhaven. Posing as refugees, you'll board whatever ship is provided and be evacuated into Omega-49. From there, you'll meet with some undercover assets to guide you all into Bretonia without any hassle. Once in Bretonia, you'll be directed through to the Independent Worlds to meet with one of their main fleet vessels, where they'll take over from there. The risks remain detection by the Coalition or Corsair interference, but if we're lucky they'll be distracted by each other. Let's hope luck is on our side and we can get through this without issues.
Once the initial trip is completed and the VIPs are relocated, larger efforts will be put into place to try and evacuate as many as possible, but that part falls outside of my job description.
Lastly, when you - Reaper assets - are clear, a beacon will be established to attract any stragglers who found themselves outside of Cayman.
Once you've both confirmed your ready status, we'll put this in motion.

I've been analyzing this and you're right, a man with my reputation and being as well known everywhere, it would be difficult at best to disguise me so I have a solution...if you're willing. I have a young man in my employ who is looking to spread his wings. I told him of this mission, telling him that if he is caught that we will have no knowledge of him. It's not something I do lightly but I committed to this for humanitarian reasons and intend to go through with it. What I don't have is a ship for him. He can fly a transport as that's all I know how to fly myself.
His name is Thomas Garand. He is an accomplished technician by his own hand and an even better humanitarian. When he heard of what I was going to do, he offered to do it in my place. "Doc," he said to me, "People need you and you've worked hard for your good rep. I will do it."
He is privy to this channel so he knows of it. As I said, he needs a ship. It doesn't have to be anything special.

The time is nigh. The Reapers have been busy making our preparations. As time has passed we have moved most of our vital supplies on Shadowhaven and Kara ready for transportation. Our best pilots have been alerted of the impending migration and are ready to move when ready. We will move our most vital personnel and combat aces first, along with all our remaining equipment. Key personnel include our science teams, higher command, and engineers.
We will continue to gather what remains until we depart. When everything is in order we can begin.
