Whatever he chooses to do, it won't matter. Both plausible scenarios are win-win efforts. I absolutely expect denial, but we still hold the most cards.

Administrator,
With that public declaration you mentioned to me in Delta, I took it as a clear sign to withdraw the timeframe on the Instrument of Surrender, and have begun forwarding the necessary details to organizations that will expose The Order as infectees.
This however can be a problem, as many of the organizations affiliated with them will not listen to what we have to say as enemies of their friends. I ask that you forward the video evidence you sent me, as well as the guncam shots of what The Order did to the Pope's vessel and anything else you can to the Crayter Republic and the Independent Miners Guild. I will be contacting other parties that are less likely to be in denial due to who we are.
all evidences have been published by now. People all over Sirius will see how corrupted, if not even infested the Order is by now. I hope this will get us some more sympathy from our neighbours.
I've also talked with VonCloud. He has certain doubts given the technology you use on your ships and requests more details about what kind of materials you want to use for the construction of said Thresher-class destroyer. His concern is the use of potential nomad-related materials, something we Zoners usually refrain from touching outside Nichols's R&D section, with a focus on cloak-related equipment. I suggest sending him the data directly. He might be stubborn, but he seems to have a very positive opinion on Auxesia thanks to your efforts and cooperation.

Administrator,
A valiant effort was made to counter the overwhelming force of The Corsair fleet that had come to the assistance of the struggling Overwatch loyalists. I need to transfer payment to the person who delivered the NEMP and managed to significantly hinder their efforts, stretching out the battle for a long time and allowing the defending force to regroup.
While the station was destroyed, let's not forget the victory that was won here. The Order have shown their true colors as the power-hungry beast of the Omicrons, much like The Core. The difference is volatility. Put a handful of PTSD-ridden Toledo apocalypse survivors at the wheel of anything, and they'll lose their minds without help. Nevertheless, while it was unfortunate to lose this battle, the war is far from over. They've given all of us everything we need to politically affect their support line, and with this attack The Order has effectively cut themselves off in Delta. This poses many opportunities to take advantage of, but I must caution you about putting your full faith in The Core and letting them gain more ground. Nevertheless, you now have the ability to remove one of their footholds in the area. This would lock down their operational capacity to the Minor conduit. Several other key targets can be identified, but that can be discussed if and when necessary.
We mustn't forget that we hold the political field. Directly wiring that information you've released in the public broadcast about their actions to their allies with a testimony will sabotage their supply lines and support network. It'll put them in a position to be further questioned. We also obtained the support of an entire subdivision and several independent craft, one of which I'm glad to say will be joining our forces shortly, but I'll get to that later. With their support and enough information, a targeted campaign can be undertaken to jeopardize their grasp on the sector and specific organizations. Again, we can go over this more in detail.
This however would mean the end of our unwilling cooperation with The Core. For the sake of your safety we will refrain from instigation and violence within the NFZ, but The Core are still our enemies. While we may have a mutual understanding to remove The Order and Corsairs, we don't see much farther than that. Having split from them originally, you can understand our position with inside information as to who they are, and how we are constantly looking for the perfect moment to strike without harming bystanders. That's something the Order likes to forget, isn't it? I digress.
As for your request, it should be noted that the only use of Nomad or Nomadic materials in our hardware is strictly limited to the production of cloaking technology and their countermeasure. The vessel - which we no longer require, by the way - would've been a standard hull outfitted for immediate involvement in the conflict. However since we've obtained a new support vessel in the form of the Ahkmim, we now only require the shipyard for the purpose of modifying its transponder and possibly the construction of new and more efficient armaments, so it can be redeployed to engage The Order further under its new banner.
And to be perfectly clear: Any sort of research involving volatile, hazardous, foreign or alien material is strictly kept away from areas it may do harm. Experiments run in the field are always performed after notifying the locals.
The tide still lies in our favor, Akibara, and there is no greater enemy than the mortal enemy of a friend.
thank you for the clarifications and the tactical analysis of the situation in Delta. I'm sadly not a great strategist in terms of politics and combat. Maybe more experience in those terms could have helped me be a better administrator. Maybe this all could have been avoided. But we don't have the time to look at the maybes of the past. I feel like I need to apologize to you personally for my self-exiling. On one hand it feels like I took the easy way, leaving the battlefield and leaving my friends in the Omicrons behind. It probably looks like that to many people.
On the other hand, Golanski has completely lost it. He is absolutely reckless. I wish his threats were nothing more than barking. We all knows the Grand Admiral likes his speeches, probably more than anyone else. However Freeport 11 was victim of a NEMP attack already. The last time, people took it as an instrument to jump head-first into the war with the Core, who then crushed them. An absolute desaster. So many people died for one damn installation. The Core back then had the decency to limit the war to one system. The Order however makes a difference here. They have allied with the Wild and the Corsairs. Other than the Core, Order and Corsairs have a rather large zone of influence. You can bet either of them have the ability to create NEMP weaponry. They are easy to create. You probably know how easy it is.
I must admit, I don't care whethey they use those weapons on Freeport 11 or any other freeport. Golanski mentioned he would go as far as to use those weapons of mass destruction on my home world, Gran Canaria. I believe a man of your position knows the political history of the Omegas. Gran Canaria knows planetary bombardements already, as three years ago, the Corsairs under the lead of Ladron and Beltran did it already. They have access to Omega-49. They can bring the Order there. And NEMP weaponry. Dirty bombs, aimed at innocent people who never got even remotely involved into any of this. Hell, right now refugees from Sirian battlegrounds are moved to Canaria. From Gallia, Bretonia, even from Munich. Where should all those people go when they turn the atmosphere into an inferno of radiation?
No, something like that I can't risk, not for my sake. I'm just a single man, a business man, former Advisor of OSI. I won't risk my planet, not for a station, not for one system in the Omicrons. There are other people with more experience and skill to deal in diplomacy. And I hope those people will come to Freeport 11 and help and prevent the worst case scenario. And I hope they will help you and you help them. We were so close to peace in Delta...
The only problem is Golanski. Right now, let him have his little victory. I'll find ways to support you, the Core and the Zoners in Delta. Ways that don't involve me directly. We'll bring down this madman.

Kyu,
It's a shame you chose to take leave of your position in a time where you were needed the most. A headstrong and steadfast figurehead of the Freeport in the middle of all this is a necessary requirement to assert the position that was chosen to protect the civilians that The Order now threatens. It doesn't surprise me that he would go so far to protect his fragile grasp over the sector. The man is an idiot.
If you can provide me with the statements and threats he gave, I would be more than happy to ensure that they end up in the right hands, and if you require a place to lay low or if you fear for your safety, we are one call away and have access to several safehouses across the sector. We would be more than willing to provide you with a protection detail.
you can see the threats of Order and Corsairs in the ultimata I attached in my public note of self-exile. Golanski found some clear words, specifically mentioning Gran Canaria. The Corsairs even went so far as to twist my words about Golanski's NEMP weapons, claiming I threatened to use NEMP weapons against him. As if I had those. I'd have used them against them already. Shoving them up Golanski's butt.
Freeport 11 will soon receive a new administrator, one that hopefully is able to keep a balance there. I had the burden to make some heavy decisions there, in the end even openly engaging Order vessels that weren't in range of the Port. People say a Zoner has to remain neutral. Especially in that position. Difficult topic. I guess Auxesia is blessed to a certain degree. I've never heard about one of your bases, so I guess the Order has nothing they can threaten with. I won't allow them to attack my homeworld though. Not for the sake of a station, a position or pride.
