In this transmission I would like to request your help.

Recently a group contacted us, calling themselves the Secondary Fleet Core (SFC) of the Liberty Navy et they described themselves as the following:

SFC comes from Liberty Secondary Fleet Core. This is the project of a new navy fleet. Our job is defending liberty and serving its goals, as all other fleets, but we have our own organization and training program. Basically we operate within liberty, on borders and also on the front line. But lately we've made a convoy with purpose of constructing and supplying our HQ. For this reason I've asked for your help. Guess that is all you wanted to know gentleman?

I would like to request confirmation of the validity of the content of said description. Furthermore I would like to request data regarding the legal status of them and their planned base of operations. Such information would determine our further relation with said group as it is important to us not to break any points of The Laws of The Republic of Liberty. Merci beacoup.

The description that the SFC has provided to you of themselves is correct. Technically, the law currently prohibits the existence of bases belonging to the secondary fleet unless cleared with the government first, but I do not think that the government intends to enforce this.

There would be no legal repercussions if you were to agree a contract with the SFC for the provision of materials or direct supply of their base.
