I had intended to contact you personally upon completion of the deliveries Mr. Stewart had arranged, given it was partially made as a lead-in to what we'll discuss here. With the assistance of Bretonia our economy was stabilised, and through a series of new efforts throughout Sirius we have opened the way for substantial growth upon the soon-to-come taming of Yuma.

I believe some of your ships have experimented with Deuterium as fuel for a cloaking device in the past, although engines are understandably a different matter. Perhaps Stewart and the other good men and women on Sabah can give you some help there to increase your range of operation.

As for the economy itself, our main industries at the moment have remained nationalised so there is little involvement possible for you there. However, the Republic will soon have some... cheap real estate available, which may be more to what you are looking for. For direct investment, some citizens will look to restart their businesses lost from elsewhere on the planet and would be glad of another shareholder. There are also some groups based on Barrier who may be worth contacting for this sort of thing as well.
We would also be willing to allow you to bring your own business here; that is, with the exception of any Nox production or distribution. I understand you have some less harmful ventures which would be suitable, particularly your 'Hypnotainment' Band and other high-tech opportunities. Of course, a group such as yours has entirely legitimate businesses as its face which could also be expanded to Coronado. There are very likely some Colonials with suitable skills for these sorts of jobs.
