Word around the water cooler is that there's been a change in leadership within your organisation; Crow's out and Trenton's in. That's the rumour anyway. However, I'm not sure if the message of "obeying Liberty law at all times" was passed on by your predecessor.

Just today, I caught one of your haulers - Tyber Zann - smuggling illegal artifacts into Liberty. He was escorted by the ship Hanover Fist, meaning there appears to be a smuggling operation happening right under your nose. He paid the fine without hassle, but I'm more concerned about the possible network that I may've uncovered.

Basically, knock a few heads together and get your pilots into line, else I'll be holding your command directly responsible for their actions.

Onto another issue that has come up; it seems you've missed the memo that you also have to ensure your bases are secure from Liberty's enemies. Check this channel for the outstanding reports that need to be dealt with.

Greetings Admiral Malrone and you are right I am acting Arbiter.
During the transition some core policies may have not been explained fully.
I take full responsibility for their actions and appreciate you bringing the matter to my attention.
Several new Junkers joined our ranks but still it is no excuse for the blatant disregard of current house laws.
I will do as you say and "knock a few heads together and get your pilots into line".
Seems education might've been overlooked and now needs to be addressed.
I assure you there isn't a network and they were acting on their own agenda.

We will also be looking into the reports of illegal docking by those criminals.
It's been rather hectic lately and sorting out things is taking a bit more time.
While I cannot claim to not have had my suspicions I lacked any proof.
Could you send me the evidence of the smuggling?
Please send it securely as the ship in question is acting Deputy Arbiter.
