Greetings, Arbiter Trenton.
It seems that your organization continues to pile up trespasses against the Republic of Liberty. It's not enough that your organization gets "lost" flying barges in tandem with capital class vessels in the New York system, ignores reports of criminal activity on your stations, or has signature members smuggling contraband in Liberty space. No, now you have members violating Zone 21 protocol without thought to possible consequence. The vessel .:j:.One.World.Express was caught earlier today seeking to map our restricted space and carrying contraband material. The vessel was, unfortunately, trashed pretty hard by external forces before much more could be ascertained. We do have the visuals of its presence and cargo, however.
A fine of 25.000.000 Sirius Credits is to be forwarded to the account [LN]-Armory.001 for this violation and the captain of this vessel is to surrender to Liberty Forces. You are also to re-clarify with your organization what is and is not appropriate within Liberty space. The Laws of Liberty handout can be found here. Post haste addressment of outstanding criminal activity reports on your reporting channel is also required.
Do not think that this is the end of our matters either, Arbiter. Additional consequences will be transmitted once the Republic re-evaluates your position in light of these recent trespasses.
Yes I am well aware of this pilot's trespass.
He is very new to the organization and hasn't been properly informed of where he's allowed to travel.
This is yet another reason we had to stop recruiting due to a lack of training available.
Your fine of 25m is acceptable but until you resolve this statement.
"Do not think that this is the end of our matters either, Arbiter. Additional consequences will be transmitted once the Republic re-evaluates your position in light of these recent trespasses."
I will not be paying unless I am sure the case is closed.
Please know I am always willing to be compliant.
Figure up what it is you want to be paid for the matter to be closed.
Otherwise threatening me with "additional consequences" to be determined later isn't acceptable.
Now as to the following.. the captain of this vessel is to surrender to Liberty Forces Unfortunately the ship after its destruction didn't send out a distress signal.
We are unsure if the pilot managed to escape or is dead.
We were hoping perhaps you knew of his location.
Since your asking for him to be turned over and I don't know where he is.
We can only assume the worst..
Our prayers go out to his family.

Arbiter Trenton.
The fine is non-negotiable. It is not dependent upon whether or not the Republic will levy further consequences for your organization's recent behavior, nor will you attempt to leverage your way out of it by not paying unless your organization obtains clemency. It will be paid. Period.
As for the matter of the One World Express's captain, it is entirely possible that it may have limped its way out after being attacked. It is unlikely that the core was breached, merely the hull decompressed in several areas. You can see from the comm records that we received radio transmissions from the vessel as we were making our exit. Additionally, several LSF vessels that arrived to investigate the matter found a trail leading out through an anomaly, so we suspect that this is the case. If this vessel makes it back to any of your stations it is to stay there and its captain is to be held in custody until such time as a Primary Fleet member can escort him to a secured prison facility. If found flying in Libertonian space the vessel will be impounded and redirected to one of our prison stations. Lethal force will be authorized if the captain decides that surrender is not a viable option.
I hope that our position, and yours, is abundantly clear after this, Arbiter. I look forward to your compliance with this and the other outstanding matters we have with your organization.
The fine is non-negotiable. Never said I wouldn't pay.
Only disclosed that payment would be held until such time as the proceedings were closed.
Now the captain of this ship quite obviously was shot down.
As shown in your transmission of the event.
Seems he has lost everything including his ship.
He made a very simple mistake and PAID for it possibly with his life.
Now I am agreeing to pay your fine and do plan to send out a search party for the captain.
This captain has been with the Congress precisely one week.
He made a grievous error and now we will be paying for it.
Surely some leniency could be made for such an obvious error.
If not I'll be sure to turn the captain over should he ever be found.
I'll try to contact LSF about that "trail" through the anomaly.
I have a feeling though given the situation his ship maybe lost forever NEVER to be seen again.
It's a shame but there is not much more I can do.

Greetings, Arbiter Trenton.
I have been given word from our Requistion and Supply division that your fine has been received and processed. Thank you for your swift compliance on that matter. Additionally, I have a report from Admiral Malrone that the One World Express's captain has been found and placed under arrest on the Battleship Mississippi and that his vessel will be held in impound on Planet Houston pending our investigation. We will inform you of matters as we deem appropriate, but I don't expect that vessel to be flying under her captain while we sort this out.
