Dear Bretonian Police Authority, Bretonian Armed Forces, Bretonian Government and administrator staff.

As President for Universal Shipping, I'd like to contemplate the ownership of Blackpool Production Facilities. As the last owner Mr Luke Walker been banned from the Sirius Sector and been sent away.

I'd like the master password & secondary administration password changed as soon as possible and to note. Universal Shipping will be requiring ownership from today forth.

The blue prints for the Blackpool City has been canceled and only one station will be in that area at this time.

Mr. Bell,

Regardless of Mr. Walker's crimes or your past involvement, another owner for the Production Facility is already in place. I am relieved that the Blackpool City proposal has been resolved with little hassle, however.
