"During a Recon flight in my Partisan Light Fighter I came across a heavy-combat situation in the Leeds System between forces of both Bretonia and the Council against the 'Kingdom of Gallia' 's own forces.
After aiding in the suppression of two Gallic Battleships, designated 'Valor'-Class Vessels by the local forces, I split off to engage the Gallic Royal Navy's escorts.
However disaster struck when rogue Council captains attacked and disabled my Partisan while I was suppressing a Couger Bomber.
They apparently went on to attack my wingman but was thankfully halted by the Council Primary Forces. However this lack of control by their secondary forces leaves me in a state of unease, these are the 'protectors' of the civilians of the Gallic house? Their captains would dis-regard neutrality in the aim for simply painting another target on their hulls? While I am unsure if the Primary Fleet is concerned with neutrality I recommend caution to all Council Secondary Forces until this matter is settled.
Major Petrov reporting in. Having previously received orders from General Mikhailov, I led a recon wing with Lieutenant Mironov and Kutusov to gather further intel within the Tau and Gaul systems, specifically the Lorraine system, where a sleeper agent awaited our arrival.
Our assignment was interrupted shortly after disembarking, by a soldier from the SCRA. He apparently was a relatively new soldier, as he seemed to not know whom we were, or whom our orders derived from. He attempted to order us back to Omega 52 as long range sensors picked up a vessel within the Omegas, though upon our own intelligence report, the vessel posed no threat, and did not come within a systems length of 52. After we apparently disobeyed his order, he threatened to report us to his superiors. Perhaps a report should be submitted to the officers within the SCRA, and have them re-educate their soldiers better as to what they can and cannot order from other military branches of the Coalition. I have uploaded the logs for reference and report:
After our delay, we proceeded through the Bretonian systems, surveying what we could, but met no resistance nor anything of note. As we neared the entrance to the Gaul system within the Taus, we split our wing into two parties to provide recon of two separate routes leading to the Lorraine system. Lt. Mironov entered the Languedoc system via Tau 23, while myself and Lt. Kutusov breached Kusari space and entered Lyonnais via the Rishiri system. Once reaching the Lorraine system, we proceeded to combine parties once again, and head towards the rendezvous point where the agent was waiting.
I am pleased to present crucial intel regarding the Gallic war machine and their actions in the surrounding system. Attached is the datapad that includes all the info, of which is heavily encrypted for the General and above:
Major Petrov,
Congratulations on completing your Mission Successfully and proving you are indeed in the right position within the Squadron.
On to your Report. I have read it completely and i am most annoyed by this Soldier's actions. I will take the evidence you have provided and send a Transmission to the Armies High Command and request an explanation and education for this. Thank you for bringing it to my attention Major.
Your success in this Recon Mission was crucial to our efforts against the Gauls, and your leadership of this assignment has given us valuable information on hostile movements and positions on the front. I have received the encrypted Data and am examining it as we speak to use in further Mission planning.
Your Request for Commendation of the Lieutenants has been received and is under review.
Keep up the Good work, this goes to all three of you.
Yesterday on my way to Leeds system to observe and record the newest Gallic fleet movements I stumbled upon something rather unexpected in New London system... As I aproached the Southampton Shipyard I found myself in the middle of a huge battle between bretonian forces and the Corsairs...By the look of it the bretonians were loosing the battle badly and to my surprise, there was a Zoner capital ship there fighting on the Bretonian side... From what I learned the Bretonians were coming back form some operation in Leeds when they were ambushed by the Corsairs at the Leeds jump hole.... It seems they suffered great losses and as the battle was coming to an end I decided to withdraw before the Corsairs caught me on their scanners....
It seems the Corsairs are either getting pretty corageous or pretty desperate to conduct such a large scale operation in the Bretonian capital...
I would advise that the Border Control be notified should the Corsairs atempt a similar advance on our own assets....
We should also keep an eye on this Zoner group, seems they are getting involved in the regional conflicts....
I am currently in the Dublin system awaiting further orders...
As our operations have grown, so has the need for more resources. While our scouting and recon parties have been successful with the resources available, I foresee an increase in response from various groups and organizations who may attempt to hinder our operations. The need for a more larger element to achieve mission parameters is necessary, should we encounter any resistance or hostile forces.
As such, I hereby submit my request for the construction of a XKR-EV-Zero "Storm" Mark-X Coalition Gunboat. Attached is the schematics for your review.
Following the approval and subsequent construction of the vessel, the vessel will be christened the "Reshitelnyy". I have ensured that the name is in accordance with our strict naming conventions, and will no doubt prove to be as decisive as her name implies.
Major Petrov,
You've been a useful asset to our Operations, your Leadership is unquestionable and your skill undeniable. I agree with your claim and have looked over your request, I'll keep myself short.
"Reshitelnyy" Construction has been started.
It will be ready for you to take your seat soon. Guide it to Glory, Major.
