This is an official, publically broadcasted Statement of Neutrality concerning Freeport 4 in the Magellan system.

With the GRN's military advance into Leeds and the overall military development in the region, the Guild's analysts agree that Magellan might become a future battleground in the ongoing war sooner or later.

Consequently, The IMG declares their neutrality and asks the Houses of Liberty, Bretonia and Gallia, as well as any of their respective allies in the fighting to accept the Guild's neutrality.

The IMG will not get involved in the fighting, and will stick to engaging in humanitarian aid operations only.

Freeport 4 will remain in effect as a civilian installation offering supplies, repairs and trade opportunities unless the fighting gets into a 10 klicks radius of the Freeport, which will result in an emergency shutdown and a warning message to civilian traffic to not steer towards the Freeport any longer.

Personell not necessary for these operations will be withdrawn during the following days and the Guild asks for safe passage to evacuate the crew to safe destinations.

The Freeport will inform all incoming ships about fighting to allow them to steer to a safe course and thus avoid danger and potentially reduce civilian casualties.

IMG paramilitary ships have been been withdrawn and patrol activity has been reduced to a minimum to avoid shooting incidents.

Furthermore, repairships, engineers, repair materials, medical equipment and emergency crews have been dispatched to Freeport 4 to help in the Search & Rescue operations in cease fire periods.

The IMG hopes that the warring parties accept the Guild's neutrality and allow the Freeport to remain a neutral spot in the chaos of war.
