My apologies for the intrusion, I am rather eager to initiate an immediate start, ah but allow me to introduce myself.
I am Sebastian Gaston, an EFL Oil And Machinery Security Officer, or at least I was until I handed my resignation in to monsieur Valentin after briefly discussing my reasons for leaving, I am contacting you today to initiate a transfer to the Gallic Royal Navy, I find myself ready and able to do what I can for The Kingdom Of Gallia, although I lack any military experience, I have exceeded the training available to corporate security personnel and believe I can serve The Kingdom Of Gallia better by fighting on the front lines, with monsieur Valentin's approval, I am sure he will provide you with any background information you feel is necessary to check, along with a portfolio of the work I have done whilst under the employment of EFL Oil And Machinery.

Ah, oui. It's excellent to see EFL continuing to uphold its outstanding record of employee illiteracy and self-agrandissement. Of course, ace pilots from corporate security divisions shouldn't have to lower themselves to mingling with the common muck, oui?
I see you mention that you have "exceeded the training available" to your security wing. I should hope that whatever course you took was at least mildly comprehensive, as Royal Naval pilots are required to do more than let the autopilot fly them around behind two or three Vaches while getting paid for doing absolutely nothing. You may need to actually shoot at a hostile target, as foreign as that idea may seem to a corporate fool who lowers himself into his Lynx's seat every morning, looking forward to another hard day's work of resetting the autopilot after every system jump.
Since I would sooner scuttle the Chant Du Cygne than spend even a minute talking with a corporate oaf like whoever this Monsieur Valentin is, I have performed my own checks on you through the neural net. Regrettably, I have been unable to find anything that hinders your application, and therefore I am forced to reply that:
Your application for entrance into the Primary Fleet of the Gallic Royal Navy has been - sadly - APPROVED. Report to your nearest Royal Navy recruitment office in person (assuming you are capable of finding it) within three days for applicant processing and assignment to your designated area of operations. Further instructions will be given upon your arrival.
