Greetings and all my respect. This is Piere Martin,Commander of The Punisher squadron.
We have some informations for you officers.
Recently,on a patrol mission near Manchester Jump Hole,we noticed that some transport vessels are flying out in the cloud.
After our units checked the area of the Jump Hole,we found a new base called Leeds Relief Station,it was hostile. As you see,it was in the first stage of expansion.
We decided to contact you before taking a decision. We have no informations about this base. We're waiting for your decision.

Bonjour, Monsieur Martin,
After cross-referencing with Crown officials, I have come to the conclusion that neither the Primary Fleet nor the Kingdom's bureaucrats have any information about this base either. Naturally, this means that the relevant permissions and authorisation for said base are either non-existent or totally void.
Therefore, as this "Leeds Relief Station" is in direct contravention of article 6.1 of the Gallic Royal Charter, it is to be destroyed immediately.
(11-02-2009, 09:06 PM)The Kingdom of Gallia Wrote: 6.1 All bases constructed without prior permission from the Office of His Majesty are subject to immediate termination.
As mentioned by Monsieur Reynaud, the base's owners have meanwhile been contacted, but as the ultimate fate of this station will be termination no matter the response I see no reason to deny your wing - and indeed, all Royal Naval assets - permission to assault it.
Bonjour Monsieurs.I heard some news since our last incident with that Unidentified base.
We hared some rumors about the Junker's contribution on creating and maintaining the Leeds Relief Station.
We can't provide proof, but we noticed high junker activity in Leeds systems since then.We will get more informations before we act.Their words seems to be hostile and since they showed us hostility and even engaged some of our forces in the past.
I am requesting permission to restrict their access into Leeds system with cargo that can be used on maintaining bases or helping to their construction. Also, keeping out of the system their combat vessels.
I am waiting for your response.

Bonjour, Monsieur Martin,
All Sirian Junkers in Gallic controlled space are to be treated as viable targets, with a particular emphasis on the .:j:. Junker's Congress. Naturally, any ships which show hostility to Royal Naval vessels - be it with words or actions - are subject to the appropriate responses as outlined under sections 1.2, 5.1, 5.2 and 5.3 of the Gallic Royal Charter.
Note that Gallic Junkers are not covered under the above declaration of hostilities.
Bonjour sirs.Again,we have something to report.
On a patrol mission we found a pirate liner, near Stokes Station, soon as we arrived in his scanner range he initiated cruise engines and headed towards LD 14 station.Refusing to comply,he was cruising away from the station, probably because he was looking for a way to escape.Cadet Aegaeon was supposed to take evidence of that pirate, but his recording systems has been damaged in the fight against the liner and he had to abort, but, let's get to the point.
While we're fighting the liner,i noticed a large and strange shape to about 15 k distance from our location. We aborted the fight, the liner managed to escape thru Edinburgh jump hole.
The important thing is that we found a large station (Rayburn Station) at these coordinates: Cross-point between 3/4 B/C,about 40K under the plan, somewhat close to the Edinburgh hole.
The base is well defended by weapon platforms,we couldn't approach it.
