Subject: Business Proposition.
Hello there, my name is Jacob Wells. Interspace Commerce representative for the Cold Lake Project, hosted by the Deep Space Engineering. Paperwork is a rough thing my friend, especially something of this scale, however, I recently have gotten to the point where we may actually begin the business part of this project.
I am contacting you, put simply for a hauling contract. I assume you already know some details of the project, and if not, i'll include some Neural Net links to the public announcement at the end of the transmission. What we need from you.
We of the Cold Lake Project board, would like to contract the Gateway Shipping into hauling an amount of One Hundred and Eighty thousand units of Polymers from planet Los Angles. These materials will be put directly into the construction crew's storage, to be assembled into the final product.
This of course, is for Stage One of the development. We will most likely contact you once more in the future if future work, if you're interested that is.
Payment. The calculated cost for ordering the materials off the planet, comes to about Two Hundred Ninety Million, One hundred and sixty thousand credits. (290,160,000) -- We are willing to present you with a solid Four Hundred and Twenty Five Million (425,000,000) credits for the timely completion of the hauling. Of course, we will request gun-cam shots of the materials being offloaded and sold at the base of Fort Severn in the Ontario System.

Greetings Mr. Wells. My name is Miles Stuart, Chairman of Gateway Shipping Inc. I'm speaking on behalf of our CEO Mr. Kumar, as he is currently indisposed.
We've received your transmission regarding the Cold Like Project, and we find your terms acceptable.
We will soon begin shipments of Polymers out of Los Angeles and have them delivered to Fort Severn, with gun-cam evidence as you requested.
It is a pleasure to see such a hospitable outreach from our corporate friends in Liberty, and we would also invite your vessels to make available the convenience of our own facilities here in Cortez. We try to keep a resonable stock here at Oceana of commodities that are in high demand by the good citizens of Liberty.
If you have any other business, feel free to let us know.
Good afternoon, i've been keeping an eye on the progress throughout the past weeks that the job has been offered to you, and honestly, the speed of delivery isn't as we'd hoped. We were under the assumption that it may be a tad bit quicker, seeing your enthusiasm to strike a deal with us, which we found quite appealing mind you.
We are almost to the point to offload the rest of the job onto another cooperation, I do no means mean to break a deal with you, you will be paid for your share of everything hauled. We are not going to go back on something that was written out.
At that note, i'd like to request a response on the status of your internal progress, and if indeed we should offload some of the work to another hauling group. I'll make my final decision based on your response.
I look forward to your reply.

Hello Mr. Wells. Nice of you to be checking in on your order, and let me assure you that deliveries are continuing. According to latest reports, we sitting at just over 100k units delivered, and more on the way.
If we want to talk about timely delivery and expectations, I'd like to start by saying that this is a relatively large order, sir. Orders like this can't be expected to get filled overnight, even by some of those big, powerhouse companies out there. It would also be worth mentioning that our own progress was halted by customer request over the need for inspection of supposedly faulty or defective goods. What should have been a quick quality control inspection snowballed into a nearly 3-week long cluster #$%@. I'm sorry, but I'm not taking the blame for that.
I'm sure you were aware before you approached us with your offer of who we are and what we represent: we're a smaller shipping company, dedicated to getting the job done all while providing our customers with the convenience of competitively low cost and the absence of bureaucratic red tape and overhead that is normally found when dealing with larger corporations, like Universal or Bowex.
As for bringing others on board...let's take a second to review your options:
I may be correct in understanding that Universal already had a part to play in this Cold Lake Project, and ended up getting their contract terminated for unsatisfactory behavior, so I'm not sure how eager your company will be to return to that debacle. I'm assuming Republican Shipping is out of the question, unless you're now in the habit of inviting Rheinlanders in on secretive Liberty projects. I'm sure Kusari would be less welcome as well, given the trade problems you and they have been having as of late. And I can assure you....any Bowex ship you wish to bring aboard the project is going to have a hard time getting through Cortez.
I guess there's always Freelancers and Zoners to haul for you...but I'm not sure how much you'd trust them with these project details either.
Which brings us back to where I say that you can be assured that we are working at best possible speed to bring your order to completion, and that patience is indeed a virtuous thing.
Hello there, I appreciate you getting back to me so quickly. I've double-checked the numbers, and it indeed does seem to have a steady increase through time, i'll speak blatantly however. The other factions which were assigned to this project, had an equally amount to haul. One specific almost double yours, although I admit it's slightly less than that. This was completed within a week.
Due to the speed that the rest has been completed, we adjusted our completion-date accordingly. Things were not going completely as hopped due to a single straggler, however I believe we may still make deadlines. Barely.
As for who else would we choose, we are quite a big project, as i'm sure you've realized through the documents that you have been sent. We have plenty of alternatives which can carry the necessarily materials. I do not speak merely for the Interspace Commerce in this matter, but the entire Cold Lake Board. We are not limited as much as it may be as a singular group.
Summarizing what I said above, i'd appreciate if the speed could be picked up, although you've instilled enough confidence that you can get the job done in time. For the time being. I by no means doubt your capacities.
I look forward to the completion. You of course, will be considered on the future stages if we require your services once more.

Mr. Wells,
Miles Stuart, here. It pleases me to report that Gateway Shipping Inc. has completed the requested deliveries of Polymers to Fort Severn for the Cold Lake Project. You may verify shipments on this channel: here.
Again, we wish to convey our thanks for bringing us on board the project, as we are always eager and willing to seek out new business ventures with our friends in Liberty, and also thank you for your patience as deliveries were being completed.
We look forward to assisting you where we can in the future, albeit perhaps in a smaller, more-timely manner.
You may transmit credit payment for the job to my ship: Gateway|-GSX-Sapphire
Hello there, I have looked over the ledger of the materials we have received on Fort Severn, and have matched them up to your deliveries.
The materials will be brought immediately to the construction site, and applied to the structure over the next period of time. I appreciate your help in the project. We'll be doing business with you once more in the future, as you've proven yourself as a reliable source of hauling which we ever do so need. I'll be seeing you later.
