Well, really unexpected, but I am the last one that complains about the /setmsg return. In fact, my RFP| characters will shed tears of joy. No more typing the demand in panic while that smuggler runs off. YAY!

I like. Especially for cop characters that tend to have to shout "Stop right there criminal scum" a lot, this is convenient. It's also convenient for [insert group of indies that tend to use a lot of capital ships at once] to spam your screen with silly messages, wait ten seconds and open up. (:
Personally I do not approve of this change, it cuts down on originality when in an encounter and lowers the quality of RP interactivity between Pirates/corporates/Lawfuls by allowing them to rapidly post a cookie-cutter reply/statement.
I can only give this a thumbs up. /setmsg was always useful in a quick situation when you needed a quick line of roleplay before attacking someone! "ENGAGING"
