Bonjour, General LaFlamme,

I am writing to request the following permissions:
Invitation to the Roussillon system

Proposal form:

Proposing party:
Name: Parisian Revolutionists
Affilitation: Council
Identification papers: PR ID

Invited individuals:
Names: Looking.Glass and Void.Strider
Affilitation: Zoner
Identification papers: Looking.Glass; Void.Strider

Explaination: The Looking.Glass is a hyperspace scanner ship, the Void.Strider is a jumpship equipped with series IV jump drive. Both ships are Zoner Aquilon Carriers, piloted by Zoner captains, but supervised by our commanders, and even a portion of the crew is ours; the selected Zoner crew is bound by confidentiality regarding Roussillon and our operations; the ships will use their weapons strictly in self-defense, and will follow the orders of the Primary Fleet commanders. These ships are contracted by us to carry out jump operations for us to move large amounts of cargo around Sirius. These ships will be also made available to the Council on Your request. With these ships we can move war materials, construction materials and commercial cargo in bulk and quickly, aiding our effort against the Royalists in the region. The jumper ship basically will jump with our own transports and contracted IMG vessels, and on request, with Council or IMG Primary Fleet vessels. We will scan one coordinate in Roussillon above Perpignan Spaceport as a return destination.

Eagerly awaiting Your answer.

Kind regards,
Colonel Gerard Lefevre

Colonel Lefevre,

Hyperspace surveying is a risky thing, should the surveyed coordinates get into the wrong hands our system gets exposed, et our defenses are still not as complete as they should be, if ever will. Therefor I expect you to handle this crucial piece of data most confidental.

The Looking Glass is expected to enter the system, scan space above Perpignan Spaceport no closer than 10 clicks et no further than 15 clicks to the station, et then leave the system every three weeks at most. The Void Strider is also restricted to this area of space, or return there in case of a less accurate jump.

If these terms et the ones you stated are met, I see no issue with you operating with Zoners to advance our cause. Keep in mind however that should they expose us to anybody without permission, not just them but the PR will be held accountable as well. Compris? I hope so.

Bonjour, General LaFlamme,

I understand your concern and accept your terms. We do not plan to use jumping as much, but the jumping crew were given the following instructions:
- they have to store all Roussillon related data on computers separate from the main navigation system;
- they are ordered to delete all Roussillon related data and/or destroy the separate navicomputer in case an enemy captures their ship or requires access to their onboard databases;
- if there is even a slight chance of them being followed by enemy or hired ships, they have to use secondary destinations outside Roussillon (to be decided, maybe Shasta Orbital Skyhook in Baffin, or Barrier Gate Station in coronado, or a Newcastle jump point), or they have to delay the jump until the threat is gone.

I hope these precautions will significantly reduce the risk of the discovery of Roussillon by enemy forces. Also, if you have any other suggestions regarding this, please do not hesitate to tell.

Oh, an other thing: both ships will dock on our base ONCE, so we can install the necessary special equipment on them. After that is complete, both ships will be restricted to the space around Perpignan, and the direct flight corridor leading to the various jumpholes.

Kind regards,
Colonel Gerard Lefevre
