I believe this message should come as no surprise. After the recent attack on Military assets in Hamburg conducted by the Liberty Primary Fleet with assistance of Bundschuh Partei activists affiliated with the Vereinigte Widerstandsarmee I spoke with admiral Roy Sanders about a possible arrangement that could in the future allow us to aid your operations even better.
What we discussed was for the Liberty Navy to help us acquire a Repair Ship. When your forces are conducting operations in Rheinland territory it would be difficult for you to bring one of your own due to its vulnerability, but it would appear that having one around could definitely prevent disabled Libertonian vessels being left for the Junkers. Since we have our hiding spots in Rheinland itself and know our way around we could easily and swiftly deploy one when you require it.
The admiral told me you could perhaps find a way to get such a vessel in our hands. We are definitely interested as everything that brings you closer to victory brings the Kanzler closer to defeat.
I hope that we can get something arranged and look forward to hearing from you.

Kommandant,
Admiral Sanders has directed me to inform you of the arrangements for the repair ships you have requested. We are willing to grant two of these ships to you. We will have them ready by Friday. Meet at the Bering jump hole in the Minnesota system for the transfer of ownership.
In exchange for these repair ships, we request that you grant us twelve (12) Luger Type Ds, and three (3) Luger Type C Turrets. Should these terms prove satisfactory, then we have a deal.
By the way, send my regards to Herr Klugmann. Over and out.
I am very happy with the swiftness of your response and that everything can go ahead just as swiftly, Vice Admiral Hayes. To stay in the swift theme, I have contacted the Oberst and the other Kommandanten right away and we all agreed with your proposal. Our engineers did warn me however that we are not sure if our guns are compatible with your ships and whether your own engineers are capable of calibrating them at all as we can imagine them having little knowledge on Rheinland-made guns, especially those that are not available on the legal market.
You are probably already aware of this, but I felt like adding that little disclaimer would do no harm. Assuming this was all already known by you, I am having my people prepare the requested weaponry for transportation.
Oh and I might get someone else to pass those regards on, if at all. I prefer not to talk with Klugmann unless it is relevant to the cause.
