Consequences:
In this case the restrictions of the ID are that you should not even have it. Some of you are using Hessian ID's, but many of you are using Hellfire Legion ID's. This faction has been disbanded and there is no reason for you to be flying in Hessian space with those ID's. Post here explaining how you got them and tell us what you would like to do with those ships.
Greetings hawk I'm not to sure as to why you have jailed all of us.
We are a new group which after doing some research have chosen to start a new hellfire group.
To the best of my knowledge were all just using the standard server hellfire restart and as far as I am aware non of us have even left liberty with our ships.

On another note we have been doing a lot of roll play posts on the forum in an attempt to promote our new group and have started construction of a new hell fire base which core two is almost finished.
If you could come to the team speak channel i have given detail above we would be more this willing to discuse the matter.

AS far as I an aware all dark wing ships have been jailed in bastille for using an id which is not meant to be freely available on the server...
As for the point about someone using a hellfire id out side of the space limitation
zone for that id I have no idea who it was but I'm gonna find out.
As it's spoiling it for the rest of us.
I don't see why we should be punished for an administration over sight by the admin team.
But I guess were just going to have to wait and see what they say.
Hopefully as our group have shown good roll play and forum activity with the hellfires id there gonna give use a chance.

After looking into this matter a little more.
I think I may of found some more information to in-lighten this subject a little more
and maybe help sort out this issue.
The [Dark-Wing] first started off as hessians in the omega 54 system.
This could be part of the reason why you think you've found a number of vessels labelled dark wing in the hessian zones.
But after checking my account with the hessian ships on it they all have hessians id's.
These ships are now redundant but they don't have any hell fire id's on them.
So I can see why it might seem as a violation but after looking deeper with more details it can be plainly seen that none of these vessels hold hell fire id's.
All of the people in the [Dark-Wing] group are currently in the transition faze.
Our roll play story has been re-edited to Hellfire and we've moved to the vesspucci system.
Were still using the [Dark-Wing] logo/name tag but are all using the hellfire ships and tags now based out of the vesspucci system.
I'd like to respectfully request that our group be aloud to remain and we be given the chance to prove our selfs as our guys have put a lot of sweat and tears into
getting things off the ground.

The report i had on this evening's events:
1. RP with Navy was good.
2. Good Fight with Navy.
3. We won.
4. Report on Dark Wing using foul language incorrect, just seen logs of chat and its was Xeno not Dark Wing who used foul language.
Im sorry for any trouble that seem's to have sprung up...a mention was made about us on forum we were bastilled 3 minutes later, then nicely 5 minutes later Savas denies us being Legion...coincendence maybe dont you think. But who am i to say this was a setup????
