So no, GRN is not explicitly hostile to Zoners.

Someone hasn't noticed GRN| being literally the server's best-oiled Zoner-deleting machine for, like, the past year.
Funny story... In the very frst version of the GRN diplomatic status, in the very first faction status post which was written by myself and Exile, the GRN were hostile to zoners.
Dab was actually the person who made GRN and Zoners NOT hostile... And in doing so made a gargantuan mess which resulted in a very high profile falling-out with the TAZ - that was the point at which people started crying (because Dab's princess zoner whatsit rp was daft). It had nothing to do with anyone being upset about zoners getting shot. It was only ever that Dab's RP was deemed silly.
But the truth was the GRN had been hostile to any and all zoners since the original birth of the faction. The funny thing about all factions which claim neutrality, is that they are (almost) universally awful at upholding and maintaining it, taking it as a given right, rather than something which requires constant attention and work. After Dab made the zoners friendly, then made them hostile again, everyone started misunderstanding the issue... The problem was not that zoners were getting shot - The problem was that the diplomatic status had been changed so often that nobody knew what was going on - and the victim complex ridden zoners of the era, thought that this was personal oorp persecution, or something... When infact it was one guy being unable to make is damned mind up.
But y'know... whatever.
Joe's explanation fits with what ive heard from the elder TAZ popes. Dab's "RP" created so many problems, we have the mess it is now. I dont think TAZ minds butting heads with GRN occassionally, because TAZ-GRN arguments are always so fun.
