Greetings, the Government of Liberty.

Due to a recent computer crash at Universal Shipping Inc. the following message was never sent. This news only came to light in the last few days and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused since fact the base was built by the construction crew who was unaware the message hadn't been sent.The message that was susposed to be sent was as follows.

It is within the interest of Universal Shipping, Inc and her subsidiary Minnesota Mining & Manufacturing that we construct a second base for storage and imports.
This base will be located in =CLASSIFIED= near =CLASSIFIED= for quick access to the nearby commodities this system offers.
The base will primarily store and import the said commodities. The information of this station are to kept classified, and under strict access until the day it has been built.
The station will serve Liberty well with imports from other parts of sirius to make us more well-known throughout the rest of Sirius with our quality goods.
This is regarding our planned construction of Emlenton Storage & Imports.

You will find that the classified information has been sent to the Government via encrypted channels.


Emlenton Storage & Imports is the second base owned by Universal Shipping, Inc. ("USI") located in Pennsylvania, next to Planet Erie.

"EMI" was established in 821 in order to support Emlenton Storage & Exports and whole Corporation in their "Free-Trade Initiative".
Secondary task of "EMI" is to provide profitable trading point to all newcomers in Sirius sector.

Universal Shipping with two bases in Pennsylvania can easily assure imports and exports operations for all allied vessels and corporations.

Emlenton Storage & Imports is still under construction.
