Guten Tag,

I have had a busy week, when I came back a lot of paperwork was on my desk. When I cleaned it all up I came across some reports of our employees. It involved reports of some of the IMG employees to violate the laws of Rheinland. We know this is not the first time it happened, there were reports of your employees stealing from Daumann as well. This is why it doesn’t surprise me much. I took the liberty to include the Rheinland Federal Polizei and the Military to this communication, so they are aware of the situation.

As we are protected by the laws of Rheinland for our field within Rheinland and some of your mining ships have been caught several times in our own field. This first one took place when one of our employees was supplying our station. When seen your employee decided to avoid the captain and take a run for it. Eventually maybe even hitting the bar on Freistadt Base. You can also see that our scans indicated that his cargo hold was full with our precious Silver, what he did mine from our fields. When our Kruger employee informed the security division to take an eye out, it was a matter of time until he was caught again.

It seems to us that he deliberately steals from our fields, when our forces arrive he just say its HIS property what he had stolen from our fields. Do i have to remind you that you are a mere guest within Rheinland? Not even to mention that he managed to ask assistance to destroy our security ship for him to escape with the stolen goods? Unlucky for him our security managed to destroy the reinforcements. I have to admit he managed to escape, but that does not mean it is all right.

I just want an explanation now from your end. It better be good, or we might need to take other measures.

I also recommend you to read the following:
- Laws of Rheinland
- Laws of Rheinland: Krüger Mineralien appendix

Mit freundlichen grüßen,
Helene Schmidt

Dear Sir or Madam,

The Guld confirms that the miner in question was mining in the fields that are commonly referred as the Kruger fields. At the time, the pilot's flight time in the Guild was:

Quote:IMG|Lawrence.Tindall[R] 01:24:39 09/05/2014 20:29:15

The pilot has been educated and will not be seen outside of the IMG Zone.

The Guild takes the responsibility for the mistake and offers compensation for the Hegemon load of lost ore.

The Guild will close the incident without taking further investigation into the Kruger gunboat's motive to shoot at a Hegemon mining ship (despite agreements to handle situations like this peacefully via a complaint to the RFP) if a settlement between Kruger and IMG can be reached.

If that is also in the interest of Kruger, the IMG will consider the case as closed after Kruger has been compensated for the loss of around 3000 units of Silver ore. Standard market price is 3000 credits per unit, so the Guild offers 10 million Sirian credits as compensation.

Hochachtungsvoll

Veronica Ryan
Secretary
