I hope that all is well after our encounter only a few days ago. The rise in Hostile activities was a slight oversight on our part and we do apologize for the loss of that vessel.

Though, that is in the past, and one cannot dwell on it, and must keep moving forward.

My reason for contacting you is that you were inquiring about supplying us with goods and I am quite eager for you to bring them in. However, I am worried that we have nothing to return. We do not produce much, a few engine parts from our bases in Honshu...we are a military you see not miners or farm workers.

So, I will ask, what do you want in return?

I agree with you, we have to move forward.

Well, to begin, yes, we wish to supply you in basic goods as food and consumer goods. We can also supply you in metals as manifolds or alloy to prepare your ships before battle.

What we want in return is quite simple. As you know, we haven't any base in kusari yet. Hogosha and samura, our worst ennemies, always stopped us to build there.
With you at power, i am sure that an agreement for a junker base in kusarian space wont be a problem, will it?

Another point is that we would like to help to deal with cargo that you steal from samura and other faction that you dislike. We could smuggle it our of Kusarian space, sell it a right place and split the profit. Of course, the split will be of 50/50.

The last point would be that we could help you in preparing your fleet. I am sure that you have plans to build new ships, the "only" problem is supply. We could take care of this with your help of course and give to your engineers what they need to build new cruiser class vessels.

I think we have a deal Mr.McAllister. I will keep you in mind if we at the Blood Dragons are in need of anything major. Chugoku is open, passage to Kyoto is allowed from Hokkaido and from Nagano, however I suggest not wandering far from that path as you saw the other day, the clouds of the Crow Nebula hide a lot more than just rocks.
