Players Bastilled: Lots of ships

Ellena, LNS-Hamura, LNS-HawkEye, Defence.Drone-01 and LNS-Kosciusko have been bastilled for:

Server Rule 1.2 Disconnecting from the server in any situation involving player interaction is not allowed. If you lose server connection, you should get back in game as soon as possible to continue the interaction. If that is not possible, post a note here.

3.1 An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Saying "Engaging" is not sufficient and aggressors are not allowed to destroy a ship before allowing sufficient time to respond. If a player is attacked he has the right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking. Trading nanobots, shieldbatteries or other ammo and equipment during a fight is also considered taking an active role in the engagement.

3.2 A player who was killed during a PvP fight in any form, must not enter the system where the fight took place or re-engage the attacker(s) for 2 hours from the time of their destruction, or until this/these ship(s) leave(s) the game.

3.4 Fleeing from combat and then docking at a station or planet while you are in 10k range of the ship you were fighting counts as PvP death. Freighters and transports in this case may return to the system for the sole purpose of trading.

1.3 Every player must have one ID equipped on their ship. Player should follow the restrictions and allowances listed in their ID and their roleplay and conduct must match the actions of their characters. In cases where these restrictions and allowances conflict with the server rules, the ID overrides the rules.

Consequences: Multiple infractions committed multiple times by multiple players. Your ships are stripped of guns and equipment. They currently are in Bastille for at least one week. Post here explaining yourselves if you wish to see your ships again.

Could I see any evidence of what happened and when it happened or even what is this concerning? I don't really know how to explain myself without knowing what the case was. (My chars are the Drone and LNS-Kosciusko)

I already PM'd you with the reason why you were Bastilled again. You had no RP prior to engaging, so therefore, violated rule 3.1. You have been sent the evidence twice now. I checked the chat logs and confirmed there was no RP. I did Bastille you before, for flying your Corsair cap into New York, but this is a separate incident.
