Not really good day. *he sighs* How to start. Everyone is beknown about our political and economic situation. I am only average cruiser captain of the Rheinland military, but I want to get Rheinland from this cesspool! I mean it seriously! We are at war with Liberty, as you certainly know. We need to support it with something we haven't, resources.
So, Damen und Herren, I want to discuss and decide with you all what is the best for bringing Rheinland back to it's rightful position between stars. Personally, I believe our mighty military can bring us highter, but we aren't in position to ensure victory. Rheinland's objective would be sinking some unsinkable ship, *he sneers* I mean Liberty of course. But, as I said before, we haven't many resources for supporting the military. This means that first priority is restoring our economy, then war. We are to find some advance. In fact we haven't many possibilities, I am contacting you all to find them!
Dear Government, Military, Police and the Marinenachrichtendienst, we have to hurry, we need to find the solution immediately! Before it will be too late.

I thought about some possible or propably impossible scenarios which can Rheinland follow.
First scenario: Rheinland can ask for resources of Gallia
Positives: Gallia is able to provide as many resources as we need. In this way we can bring Liberty down from two sides.
Negatives: It is propable Gallia would want us to join war against Bretonia. We would war on two fronts with one army against two armies. This is too risky before we completely rebuild our fleet. Possible Gallic-Rheinish traderoute would lead through unstable Kusari.
Second idea: Rheinland, Kusari, Gallia as allies.
Positives: Liberty would be without any chance. Liberty would no longer be economic center of Sirius. Our economy can rise quickly.
Negatives: Gallia would be de facto leader of this aliance, because it's terrific military power. I am unsure what is worse to our people and our state, economic deprivation as now or a puppet state?
Third idea: Non-military pact with Kusari or Gallia, or with both
Trade-only aliance can rise our economy. We will never be able to support war with Liberty without good economic basis, which we haven't now. Economy first, then war.
Every way to rise Rheinland will bring sacrifices. But if we don't do some, we will never rename Texas to Texasburg. We will never emerge from economic hell. Our problem is not outside Rheinland, it is inside! Our economy need helping hand. We must do something, or we will sink even deeper, I afraid it is possible, but I believe we can be in better situation! I hope we will rise our state! People, my ideas may not be the best options, decide what is good for us. We need to decide and act.
