Konnichiwa esteemed members of the well known Black Dragon Society. I am the man known simply as The Fisherman, and I come to you as a representative of our own Takarabune Company, and it's patrons.
A number of influential members of our community here in Junyo have seen great potential in the development of the Shikoku system, and the advancement of Kusari and Hogosha prosperity. For that purpose they have established this company and choose me as their front man and coordinator of the tasks given.
While our company profile can provide you with the information regarding our regular activities, I am here to talk about more reserved matters.
I had the chance to speak with the lovely Hanako Ayuka-san the other day, while at Shinjuku Station. She told me her story and many tales about the honored syndicate, and some things about your current deals. I unfortunately failed to inquire about who detains the current leadership. I have heard the name of Chiba being mentioned by others in Kabuchiko. Is what they say the truth?
Our patrons, The Seven Fortunes council, and it's subordinates like myself understand the great importance and influence that your syndicate still maintains in most levels of Kusari.
We feel it's important that certain level of information should be exchanged amongst our parties, so as to strengthen our knowledge, and to consider complementary efforts in our endeavors. Perhaps a semi-permanent network link is desirable for this.
Other points we would like to discuss concern security inside Kusari, business activity inside the Hogosha circles, and activities in regions abroad.
I have received a special mention from our patrons that they would be willing to have one of the councilmen meet a member of the your organization, either in space or in a more quiet location.

Ah Hanako-san, I appreciate your reply. Having familiar faces with a smile is indeed the best way to maintain and cultivate a promising relationship.
While I enjoy the current stable relation between our groups, there are indeed some points that I deem important to discuss.
From what we have seen in the recent months, an might not be apparent inside our borders, is that the numbers of those who have a dislike toward our common business are large, and indeed very noticeable in the bordering systems.
In another topic, until now the Black Dragon Society has held a firm grip on many facets of the underworld, and while there is more than enough for the two groups to partake, we would like to create an agreement on what might be the "priorities" for each side.

Konbanwa. It has been some weeks since I've met and talked to Hanako-san over some sake in the vicinity of Tokai.
There was some arrangements made between the two sides, mainly an order for some vessel that required further details than those available at the scene. There were some other things too, which were to be discussed again at a later date.
Seems I have been unable to get a proper contact with Hanako-san, so I was wondering someone could enlighten me what is the current situation of the proposed deals.
