Their bodies do not need as much genetic monitoring as for example an average Sirian who ingests this synthetic Goop.

As a Biologist I need to do this:
No healthy food will ever stop a pathogen and nasty things like cancer don't need any evil chemical to chemical generate, etc. So no. "natural food" is not the answer, no matter how good propaganda have.

We don't have one for Bretonia, Kusari, Rheinland or solely for Liberty either, Cryer is most probably just one of the many corporations and national services which grown big enough to leave the bounds of it's House and become Sirius-wide. That such didn't happen with Gallia can be for several reasons, one of them is the previously mentioned idea that it is being handled by the government, which imo could be applied to any of the houses with varying plausibility. For Gallia it'd certainly make sense.

Are Gallics super enhanced by bioengineers at birth or something and therefore suffer no ills, besides all those ills that are stated everywhere in infocards? Is it because Gallia never had any scientists that they were never able to sequence Nox?

Perhaps their medical organisations have planet-based hierarchies, as part of a government-administrated sector. Human Organs are generally supposed to be a more contraband-flavoured commodity, too.
