Greetings, esteemed members of the Gas Miners Guild.
I am Jay Stevens, C.E.O. of Synth Foods Incorporated. We have recently undergone a complete company renovation and, while checking over our security department stocks, we have noticed a rather large lack of competent craft. After the renovation, a majority of our security craft have fallen into disrepair, and rather than pay the exorbitant prices required to refit them, we have seen fit to requisition some new crafts from various corporations and companies. Our Quartermaster in particular noted that your vessels have been extremely successful in the defense of your craft, and thus I have seen fit to send a request-of-lease to the GMG.
In particular, we are interested in the following craft:
We would, in addition, like to lease GMG weaponry if necessary for the outfitting of these fighters and bombers.
Synth Foods, Inc. is ready to pay a lump sum for the lease of these vessels or trade the vessels in return for a discounted shipping contract to GMG facilities. Please let me know at the earliest convenience as to your decision.

Konnichiwa Stevens-sama,
We're not surprised to hear you praise our line of ships, Stevens-sama. We know their true worth, as we've had the pleasure of fielding them countless of times against any number of foes, small and large.
As for leasing a small number of our ships to another organization, such as Synth Foods Inc., we're often willing to do so in return of certain services provided by such clients. Services which are often specific to those very clients.
We're willing to lease you the previously requested ships, as well as the suiting armaments to field them efficiently. We will also provide your pilots with the specific training required to pilot our snub craft, namely the Karasu and Kaichou lines.
Our engineers and technicians will be available in Okinawa, Sigma-13 and Sigma-59 to provide regular services and maintenance of the leased ships when the need arise. We'll also be able to train half a dozen of your own mechanics in maintaining and repairing field damage to the leased craft, if you were to find this useful.
In return, we'd ask for your specific talents of constructing and maintaining biodomes on space stations. We wish to ensure the populations of the Fuxyueru Trade Hub and Shuri Base in Okinawa with safe and stable food production capabilities, capable of sustaining their entire populations without dependence on vulnerable supply shipments. We believe that you and your specific talents can help us with this project.
If you find our deal acceptable, we'll have your requested ships prepped and ready for departure at Fujisawa Mining Facility at your earliest convenience. We will then expect the arrival of your people at Fuxyueru and Shuri, with hopes of beginning the design and construction of viable biodomes for our people.

Greetings, guildmaster(s) of the GMG.
We at Synth Foods thank you for your granting of your most excellent ships. I have been informed that Quartermaster General Avidan will be travelling to Fujisawa to see the transfer of these vessels into Synth Foods' hands. The Synth transport "Strongarm", along with six technicians from Soylent Green Spaceport, will be en route to Sigma-13 and/or Okinawa to be trained by your teams.
Now, onto your question about the BioDome™ technology that Synth Foods, Inc. offers, let me first quote our Employee Handbook:
Synth Foods' Employee Handbook Wrote:In 620 A.S., NutraForm, Inc. created their first orbital biodome, a structure built onto a station that was a self-contained food production facility. It became immensely popular with the growing frontier, and before long, most if not all stations had at least one NutraForm biodome on them.
These BioDomes™ are capable of growing nearly any type of food, have a 99.999% reclaimed water recycling system, and can produce oxygen at the rate of 30.000 L / day. The BioDome™ Mark III, our latest model, is capable of housing 1.250 plants among its many pots, with a fully integrated irrigation and harvesting system. It comes pre-loaded with the automation for growing generic foodstuffs, as well as oxygen and fully recyclable water, and can also be modified using Synth Foods Upgrade Packages™. It can even be modified to grow Kyushu Rice, although I am informed by our marketing department that that offer comes with an extra surcharge.
In short, we will need to send delegations to both Shuri Base and Fuxuyeru Trade Hub to identify the most structurally sound and optimal location would be to install one BioDome™ Mark III, and then we can begin negotiating the licensure and construction of these BioDomes™. Currently, licensure for the construction of a BioDome™ Mark III is priced at 75.000.000¢/dome for commercial interests, however, we will lower that to 30.000.000¢/dome due to your generous offer to lease us those vessels. Note that this does not / will not include construction fees / opportunity costs, and that hiring independent and corporate contractors will be added onto the total invoice.
To recap:
- Quartermaster General Avidan will arrive within (7) days to transfer those GMG vessels into Synth| hands.
- the Synth| transport Strongarm will arrive within (14) days with (6) technicians to be trained in the repair and maintenance of Kaichou and Karasu vessels.
- Myself, along with Mr. Green of the Logistics Department and other members of our Board will be travelling to Shuri and Fuxuyeru bases within (7) days to begin initial design and pricing. Further negotiations will take place there.
Thank you for your business, and we hope to continue it.

Konnichiwa Stevens-sama,
I'm pleased to hear that we can have an agreement then. Your mk3 biodomes sounds just like the kind of technology that we're looking for. We'd like to start by meeting you at Fuxyueru, as you've suggested. Any further questions can be handled then, on site. I'm sure there's more than mere economics to account for in this equation.
We're looking forward to seeing you in Okinawa, Stevens-sama, and I sincerely hope that this business agreement may be greatly beneficial for both of our organizations.
