Greetings.
My name is Erik Nodtviet. I am the current Guildmaster of The Core. Archived files show you had some encounters with the Bounty Hunters Guild Core. Allow me to briefly inform you that The Core is different to the Bounty Hunters Guild Core. The previous incarnation was unable to sustain us, and we split into our own entity with AP Manufacturing. We're now devoted to sustaining law and order within the Omicrons, as well as destroying any threats before they get close to your space.
However, our work is sometimes disrupted by the random presence of a random secondary fleet captain. I am unsure whether they have permission to be there, whether they have deserted their post and gone rogue, or are just simply taking a walk in our backyard. Therefore, I am contacting you as I would like to build a list of confirmed capital ships that would be allowed to visit the Omicrons. Capital ships which are not permitted in the Omicrons can be dealt with by us.
Of course, BAF| tagged ships are instantly allowed to venture into the Omicrons as capital ships. We would even be delighted to provide security for them as they conduct their business there.
So, what do you think about my proposal? I await your response.
A pleasure to make your acquaintance. I am Fleet Admiral Michelle O'Brian, Commander of Her Majesty's Armed Forces.
I do remember some work with the Core, and i also remember seeing a vessel request, entitling us to five Bounty Hunter gunboats, of either Bottlenose or Orca class as we saw fit. I hope that still stands?
Now. Secondary Fleet Captains are not, to my knowledge, approved to be anywhere outside of Bretonia currently. Whilst I would prefer a wandering warship back in one piece for the war effort, I cannot blame you if a more... "forcibly deconstructed" approach was taken. That said, I do like the proposition you have here, but must confess, I cannot afford to let any warships wander from the front lines currently. If this system is to go ahead, I must make the request that firstly, they have the explicit permission of the board, meaning we will have to discuss any potential captains, and that you would provide some protection. As I said, I cannot afford to lose a single vessel right now, so your help is greatly appreciated.
Speaking of help, I understand that your Capital Class vessels do not have the capability of operating this far, be it due to fueling or what I don't know. Your support would be appreciated, very much so. I dare say a morale boost at times, but without supplies, that's not possible. Now of course, you must correct me if I'm wrong, but if this is correct, then perhaps we should look into a venture to ensure you passage into Bretonia, be it with a refueling point, or a way to get your vessels here safely. Perhaps this is something we should discuss further with complete details at another time.
So I think I made my thoughts clear. Yes, I agree with a listing of confirmed capital vessels, so long as registration is run past the board, who would naturally have the final say. I should think this is fair to ask, all things considered currently.
In the name of Her Majesty, and her people in the Realm of Bretonia,
Fleet Admiral Michelle O'Brian Commander of Her Majesty's Armed Forces

Greetings.
Indeed, that contract still stands regarding those AP Line ships you have.
Wonderful, I will begin the creation of this list. BAF| will be added to the list of verified callsigns. If ever secondary fleet captains are permitted to venture there, then yes; review them with your admiralty board and we will then permit them to venture here.
Regarding your secondary inquiry...
Indeed, our capital ships are not fit for traveling so far out from the Omicrons. To function properly, they would indeed need a refueling point. However, jumping has proven to be an efficient method of getting our capital ships around quickly. I am not entirely sure whether we would be able to maintain a presence in Bretonia against the Gallics or not. Thus, I believe that this is a matter we will need to discuss in future.
