Konbanwa esteemed representatives of the Samura Industries. My name is Tokiomi Katagawa, a representative of the Hogosha Association. I think you are aware of our work through your contacts with the Takarabune Company and other syndicates.
Today I come to you to inform you of recent events that have reached our ears. It seems a Hogosha syndicate outside of our oversight has engaged an Ageira convoy in path from Liberty, and the same Ageira have come complaining to the Authorities, and to us.
Below I attach the message we have received:
[spoiler= Ageira - To: KNF; RKS; KPT. CC: Whoever cares for Hogosha these days]

Dear gentlemen.
A rather disturbing encounter has gotten our attention. As you are well aware, the current projects in the Okinawa System, Roppongi Station and Planet Kurile require a steady supply for replacement parts for the trade lane network- the whole territory being highly volatile and, as a result, requiring frequent maintenance of various assets in order to ensure proper functioning of the transit system.
The problem I come to you is in the form of a Hogosha group called the TKP. One of their individuals in particular. TKP|CV-Ryuuzaki to be even more precise.
The incident was resolved quickly, as the nearby Navy patrols were very quick to do the same, forcing the gunship captain to transfer the pilots to them. The actual incident happened some time later, when we were on our way to Kusari.
We were met by the same individual in Kepler right at the gate to the Shikoku system and were told to hold our ships, which we did. Suddenly, the Hogosha started outright interrogating us for the destination of our cargo. Seeing though that the TKP have no involvent in the project in any way, we chose not to disclose that information.
After a brief talk, our convoy was allowed to pass through to the Shikoku system and we continued to our destination.
The reason for this transmission is a simple question. Have we missed something? Can we learn, who are these people, who do not wish our presence in Kusari and how are the Hogosha tied to them? The individual in question inflicted some damage to our vessels and we have no interest in having this sort of encounter happen again.
Ageira Innovations understand, that chasing after one individual for this incident is hardly something the KNF, KPT and RKS are interested in these days, so simply say the word and we will further this information to the Faze Mercenaries and deal with this ourselves.
Yours sincerely,
Brian Obantuiev Berdon "Bob"
Director of Public Relations Department

We have already denied any involvement with the so called Tomioka-Kyushu Privateers gang, and have started taking measures to locate an identify who is behind this organization.
We are however concerned by the evidence presented that this syndicate is being ran by the Kyushu-Tomioka Alliance organization, a Samura affiliated company that has shown frequent erratic behavior in and outside Kusari.
We are not sure if they are being observed by the main Samura Industries Corporation, or if they are under acting on their own or under influence of unknown interests. The vessel in question has been seen by our men in the hands of the KTA, before this group flying under the hogosha "banner" has appeared.
The Kempeis have expressed interest in investigating this, and we have yet to hear from the State Police or the Naval Forces.
As this matter involves influences beyond those within the Hogosha circles, we decided to inform Samura Industries and wish to know what steps you might intend to take regarding this case.
We will keep you updated if new information arrives.
With a will of a hundred, with the might of a thousand. Tokiomi Katagawa, of the Hogosha Association
A transmission is routed through an encrypted samura deep space communication relay.
Konnichiwa representative of whatever hogoshan family you belong to.
You're not the usual one i deal with, no matter. I want to squish this silly rumor right now. Samura is in no way affiliated with the pirates known as KTA or any of their affiliates, as they sure as hell are not Samuran.
They're always trying to sabotage noble Kusari people such as those who work for Samura. Tomoika, Kyushu and any other planet considered Samuran, largely under the control of samura or simply inhabited by mostly people proud to call themselves children of the empire, have no affiliation whatsoever with these menaces to society.
Sincerely,
Kaido Marahu - Director - Samura Heavy Industries.
Since it was sent on open and official channel to ALL Samura companies, we got the copy of the message and of all messages replied to you, Hogosha Association.
First of all, as a part of Samura Heavy Industries, we feel offended by such reply of our boss-faction. We have become your subcompany, because we were told Samura follows tradition and all this stuff. Yes, we feel sorry for those pirates from TKP - but saying TKP and KTA are the same is offence to us.
As we have posted a message for you already, we are NOT associated with those Privateers and calling us pirates, as it was said before, is a grave offence for us. With all respect, taisho, but do you think we are happy about them?
We must object about us being called "pirates", with all respect. Why would we do such a thing, to fund and support these terrorists? Thanks to them, we have our own problems over our heads and KNF demands the answers we simply cannot answer.

Kaido Maharu-san, you should not let your interns peek on the corporate mail, lest they leak their information to undesired parties
The message was sent specifically to Samura Industries, not to Samura and affiliates.
The KTA may claim its innocence, and it might very well prove it by showing evidence of such.
However, the only evidence that was shown to the Hogosha Assocaition was against them. The very same "brand new" Condor gunboat that was encountered in Liberty by one of our associates, suddenly finds it self in the hands of this other unknown organization with hostile intentions to Liberty.
To think that one would try to trow mud at the Hogosha image in Kusari and beyond is unforgivable. That people might suspect that the interests of a Samura branch company are behind it would be a scandal.
We hope that KTA finds the evidence needed to clear its name, or face the fate of those get on the bad side of society for their foolish actions.
