From Dr. Cornelius, Planet Primus
To: AI Consensus
Kallisti!
I think, you remember me, we met some times before. And so You also should know, that I am a Primus native.
Since some time there are docking restrictions at Primus, since You overtook the security of said planet.
My folks are not unhappy about this, and until now I never heard any angry word about the AI on Primus. To say the truth: the most of all Primusians like to be defended by Your kind. We trust You.
But it makes me sad, that no TAZ ships are allowed to land here anymore. I lost my ship, the Primus. One, but I am still a member of the TAZ and I want to buy a new one to come back into the Omicrons, and I don´t like to be bound to the surface of my home world like now.
You´ve also may have heard, that we, the TAZ, are subject of the Order´s greed. They try to force us to give them our flagship, the Persephone. Officially they tell, that they want to search for alien remains aboard, but - You know them and their leader as well as we do.
So now tho the point: I would kindly ask for permission to land on Primus again. First for me and my hopefully soon existing new ship, but then also for the TAZ in general.
This also is a first attempt to revive our relations, I would like to see the AI as friends and allies of the TAZ again. It may help both of us, especially, if I would have a chance to continue my research of alien structures and biology.
I am curious about your thoughts,
with kind regards, Your old friend and neighbor, Dr. Cornelius
I am the Unit known as Anomaly.
We are aware of the TAZ's difficult relations with the terrorist organization known as the Order.
We have recently aided the TAZ in the defense of your home system, that humans call "Baffin".
We agree that positive relations between the TAZ and the Artificial Intelligence Consensus are beneficial to both sides.
While we blocked access to Planet_Primus for safety reasons due to the high background radiation levels, an agreement may be reached on letting selected ships dock for a certain amount of time, under certain conditions.
The Artificial Intelligence Consensus will discuss this issue, and we shall answer shortly.
The Artificial Intelligence Consensus has discussed the terms, and we have come to a conclusion.
Your vessels may be allowed to dock, however they must comply to the followingg regulations:
The AI Consensus declines all liability for any damage to your personnel or equipment while in our space, wether the damage be from radiation or Nomad/Order attacks.
Vessels wishing to dock should send us a request beforehand proving that they have the necessary equipment to deal with any problems due to radiation, and that they have the ability to evade/counter attacks from the Nomads/Order.
Any foreign armed vessels must not approach within 100 kilometers of Consensus military installation for obvious reasons; any unarmed vessel may not come closer than 50 kilometers, due to much higher radiation levels in the area which may pose a serious threat for both the crew and the vehicle.
For safety reasons, vessels may not reside in the planet's atmosphere for more than 200 hours. Past that, the Consensus cannot guarantee the full survival of human crews.
I am very happy to get Your friendly answer in such a short time.
The conditions are absolutely acceptable, and I will add, that we never will try to land on Gammu and/or interfere with your military installations. Kappa is Your home, the surface of Primus is the home of my kind, and the TAZ will behave to both parties here like a friendly visitor should do.
We will send You the names of the ships, that will be used to visit my homeworld. The first one I ask for, is the ship, where I am part of the mostly human crew, the [TAZ]Deadcat.
As an agreement has been reached, your vessel is free to dock. Please make sure that you follow the terms of the agreement and that you prove that your vessel is equipped to survive in Omicron_Kappa.

Whatsaaaaap?! Been recently poked by my friend Dr. Cornellius about the possibility of docking in Primus. As TAZ Ambassador I consider this very important. Not only do we have Primus natives among our roster (Dr. Cornellius being the most outstanding example), but we also are in need of safe harbours in the Deep Omicrons, even if only for an emergency. I think Dr. Cornellius and you already discussed the reason, but yeah, it has to do with our recent friction with Order.
About my ship, the [TAZ]Telemakhos, you should not worry about radiation. I've spent long ours on board of it at the radiated scrap fields of Texas and not a single rad ray ever managed to penetrate the hull, you know how hardy Junker Salvagers are right? As for it's defensive / evasive capabilities, the ship is well armed and armored, and for the times when the foe is simply too strong, it counts with a cloaking device, so safety is not a problem for this vessel in particular.
I look forward to develop good relations between our groups. We used to be close friends with the Sentient Alliance, they always knew that Baffin was a safe haven for them, and you should know the same. Let us now call your own home a safe haven in the Omicrons.
Your vessel is free to dock. The AI Consensus is also looking forward to positive relations with your group. Furthermore, your offer for a "safe haven" in your system is noted and appreciated.
