Recently I found a damaged and abandoned Bison of your company on my way back to Texas. Since it was there just left to rot, I salvaged (what was left of it) and repaired it as best as I could do with the limited resources I had. The repairing is therefore incomplete.
Now for the matter I sended this message: Me and my co-workers from Tinkers & Transport would like to keep the ship, with your permission of course. It would prove to be very usefull for T&T to send large amounts of goods from our base to our trading partners. If you allow us to keep the ship and help me repair it to the original standard, I am willing to compensate this with a reduced payment of the standard price for a Bison.
Also future trade relations with T&T will only get better should you be interested on that part.

One of our Members has already opened a transmission to you, here.
As we discussed it later on I would also bid you contact us for some buisness.
First of all :
All remaining crew members corpses and their personal belongings as well as the black box and the ship´s log have been secured and will be forwarded either to you or to LPI , at your discretion.
The human remains have been deposited in cryostorage and are available for authopsy if deemed neccesary.
The ship seems to have been floating in Tau-29 for quite some time,
possibly even since the first attack by gallic navy.
Ship´s transponder and all other information will be forwarded directly to you,
we have not undertook any attempt to open or read out the ships black box.
Please accept my condolences.
Secondly :
As the wreck was not in any workable status anymore and all traces on board clearly point towards an emergency evacuation of the doomed vessle, it is currently free for salvage or reposession through third parties, namely our crew.
If any questions on this occur, I will gladly help mediating any dispute.
We would like to ask for engineering support to overwork and repair the Bison entirely,
and for a contract to purchase one or maybe even more Bison Class Transports later on.
It seems my cewmen where quite impressed with the amount of damage the ship could cope with before finally the hull staved in and decompression occured.
We await you reply.
with due respect

My name is Thomas Marwick. I am a Manager in Department of Trade in Universal Shipping Incorporated. We have received Your transmission and I must say it was quite shocking news for us that one of our vessels would be left behind without any reports of it in our database. We keep track of all our vessels and their current possition aswell as technical status in USI headquarters. We have checked our records and have no missing vessels of that class however we will send an inspection team to investigate your claims. We would like you to state the location of the ship and crew you found so we can send a team ASAP to identify the ship.

This is Grigoras Vasile of the T&T. I was impressed by the Bison I escorted to Baltimore for repairs. It seems it was a USI vessel. The DSE chief engineer told me they were thankful fro bringing it to Baltimore because...USI will pay quite a lot to get it. I also decided to pay full price and get one for my crew. But I was told I needed permission from universal, the company which owns the Bison patents. I would like to ask permission for a Bison mister Thomas. For me and for the tinkerers. I'm sure you will understand.
To answer your question: After our attempts to repair the bison at Baltimore Shipyard, we docked it safe and secure in Tinkers Base, close to Houston Vegas. FynnMcScrap, our Foreman will arrange docking rights for your inspection team.
Now for another matter, after a test ride to check if the engine still functioned, we noticed that the ship received false radio signals from under your company name.
We suspect the attacker or attackers hacked the ship and sended fake messages, probably luring the crew of the bison into a trap.
I'm sure your inspection team will be interested in this.

This is Captain Grigoras of the Grigoras Salvager. The Bison was repaired as much as it was possible (baltimore was out of scrap sadly) so the chief engineer allowed us to transport the bison to Heaven where more scrap available. Our engineers will finish the work. The only problem still is: can T&T keep it? Me and my fellow captain Tradulus are the like the fathers of this Bison (no homo). We found it in Tau -29, e commanded it to Baltimore and I escorted it. He asked the chief engineer for repairs and I told him what we found. He could be the new captain to this lost beauty. I could get one for my crewman because this monstruous Bison is so impressive and huge (that's what she said). But we need clearance.
As we have already pointed out, all of our ships of that class are accounted for. Certainly no ships of that class have ever been lost in the location you claim to have found said vessel. As you claim that a DSE engineer has already inspected it I would be greatfull to see the report of a certified DSE engineer, verifying that the equipment specifications and part numbers are compliant with vessels they have supplied to us. Though we are confident that our database is accurate we have reasons for concern that you would be so convinced it is not. To that end we will send an inspection team from our Department of Internal Affairs. Please be aware that they may be accompanied by members of Liberty Security Force, should they deem the matter to be of ‘interest’ to them.

I share your surprise that the ships transponder seems to have no background , and we will open full acces to any engineers USI cares to send to inspect the ship.
The Bison was tugged to Baltimore for engine repairs and we did not see any reason at the time to ask for a full check on all components. Documentation on this remained at Baltimore.
After all, the repair crews at Baltimore have a sound reputation, and we still want to overwork and rebuild the ship at our own docks or send it to USI facilities for a mayor overhaul.
We will await the arrival of your inspection crews. Please send me transponder codes so the docking registry can be ajusted. Official LSF transponder codes are already fully accepted so there should be no problems here.
Consider any support in this you will require from me as available, as I am interested in establishing a good working relationship with USI for the future.
