Players Bastilled: !WUFF! and Cashmaker

!WUFF! and Cashmaker have been Bastilled for:

Server Rule 1.2 Trolling or harassing other members of the community.

Rule 1.3 Every player must have one ID equipped on their ship. Player should follow the restrictions and allowances listed in their ID and their roleplay and conduct must match the actions of their characters. In cases where these restrictions and allowances conflict with the server rules, the ID overrides the rules.

Rule 2.1 An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Saying "Engaging" is not sufficient and aggressors are not allowed to destroy a ship before allowing sufficient time to respond. If a player is attacked he has the right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking. Trading nanobots, shieldbatteries or other ammo and equipment during a fight is also considered taking an active role in the engagement.

Consequences: Not sure what you both thought you were doing, but I know it wasn't following your ID restrictions. !WUFF!, you were using an AI ID before you deleted the ship. You cannot support or defend a Junker when he is getting pirated. You also cannot attack a player in any system holding a jump gate.

Cashmaker, you are carrying a Junker ID, which also means you cannot defend anyone other than a fellow Junker in battle. When you got the demand to drop your cargo, you asked your AI friend to help you out and then continued with your friend in an ambush of the player that made the demand.

The player you attacked tried to help you both several times and you not only brushed him off, you were downright rude to him. He was only trying to help you avoid a sanction, yet you treat him like that? Loss of credits off of Cashmaker and a ship on !WUFF!'s account. Both of you are in Bastille until you can convince me you know how to follow ID restrictions.
